The introduction of my arrival was very pleasant. The young lady that greeted me was very polite and attentive considering it was a holiday. She gave wonderful advice about the area.
What I didn’t like is being waken up to something bitting me. I jumped up to see what it was couldn’t really see anything so pulled the covers down more to see small dark specks of something. I called front desk but there was no answer. I went down to see if some was there but no one was there. I then went back to the room for another check to see more little specks. I then called the desk again to finally get an answer. This went on for an hour. I spoke to the lady at the front desk to explain to her what is going on.She stated we will have to have someone come up there to see if it’s really bugs or not. I sat in a chair for an hour. Then I finally decided to go down to the desk to see what was taking so long. She was up there talking about the situation to another guy… not expecting to see me come around the corner. So I said hello I’m from room 408 with the bugs. She said oh I’m waiting on maintenance. I stated you were going to call me back to let me know what’s going on. I can’t leave the front desk. She stated they haven’t called her back yet. But you were away from the desk when I tried to call earlier. She then went in saying do you have pictures. I stated yes I do. She said I’ll just come up there to see. She did come and use her camera and looked in the corner of the bed. She didn’t see anything. It’s was 5am in the morning I had slept good at all. So she stated your check out is at 11 I can give you another room for a few hours if you like. The new room was next door to the other one. She also said what I do when I go to hotels is use an iron with steam on the bed to make sure it doesn’t have bugs. I looked at her and stated. Who wants to do that when they’re traveling and you’re suppose to be an excellent establishment but thanks for the information. I did get in the next room to shower & got dressed. I couldn’t go back to sleep because I was itching from the bug bites. I just checked out. I did grab some coffee& breakfast on my way out.
Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good
I paid for my stay on booking.com. everything was paid when I got there. I was told when I checked in that I had to pay $50 for some kind of fee and I would get it back when I checked out. Never got it back. When I checked out I was charged again not once but twice more for my stay. So I ended up paying $650 for a one night stay. Every time I would call to get my money refunded, all I was told is it didn't show up on their end. I won't be back
Loved that they had a great breakfast! Better than other Hampton Inn’s that I have stayed at by far!
The price was a little steep but probably because it’s located at the airport.
The late night staff were excellent and very hospitable. They are the reason I decided to write a review!
Stains on the shower floor - not appealing
OMG
do not stay here
The shower is covered with pink mold.
The TV will not work.
Tried to call the front desk and there is no dial tone on the phone - PHONE IS BROKEN.
JESUS CHRIST !!!
I cracked my A/C back to 65 degrees at 5pm - it is now 10:48 pm and my room is still 72 degrees !
GOD HELP ME AND ANYONE ELSE THAT CHOOSES THIS HOTEL
This Hampton is just a mile from the airport and was fine for one night. When we arrived, we waited and finally had to shout hello so someone would come to the front desk to check us in. The room was cold due to the thermostat being set at 66 degrees. So we raised the temperature but it should be set higher for comfort and to save energy. The room was a bit different than other Hamptons we've stayed at. It had a new closet design. The breakfast was a good standard buffet.
Close to the airport. I was exhausted
Both the body wash and shampoo bottles in the shower were empty. The toilet paper roll holder was broken and the toilet paper was lying in the floor. The sheets were rough and low quality.
Location was good. Staff was nice. Room was fair.
The smell in the room was awful. Musty and smelled like pee.
Great room
Cost and charged my card twice
Staff were nice
There was a slightly moldy smell once you get to the floors with rooms.
