Pros:

The location was excellent and exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very nice, flexible and accommodating, especially as I hadn't realised that payment was required in cash only upon arrival. They were very understanding and made the process easy. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The electrical appliances, including the washing machine and electric kettle, were quite old, and the outdoor drying rack was also outdated. Overall, the flat would benefit from a thorough deep clean, as there was a significant build-up of limescale in various areas. There was no coffee machine provided, despite it being listed on Booking.com. Additionally, the apartment had an unpleasant smell, a mix of cigarette smoke and dampness, which detracted from the overall experience.

Comfortable and convenient for access to the old town
Pros:

Location - near the old town and sea; excellent options for lunch and dinner

Cons:

The access to the hotel is blocked because of construction nearby but this is not mentioned in your write up on the hotel. We had to pull our bags on the road/pavement which were not smooth. Breakfast was average.

I absolutely loved the room, very spacious and accommodating..with views of the ocean....Lovely bed...Parking facilities....and the breakfast was amazing Finally but most importantly the staff was awesome especially the room preps and check in agents so helpful!

We had very good time here. If we come again to Budva, we'll try to stay at this hotel.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay very much. the room is kind of a suit, quite large bed room, large sitting room (with sofa and two armchairs, small fridge, and nice balcony. very good breakfast, very friendly staf, very good location. Very nice restaurant.

Cons:

The matress was too soft for us, but it is a matter of preference, some would prefer it like this. It would be nice to have small coffee bags on top of tea bags.

Расположение топ. Есть бесплатный подземный паркинг. Завтраки вкусные. Чистые номера. Сделали бесплатный апгрейд на номер с видом на море. Рядом есть все, кафе, магазины. Близко к старому городу. Дружелюбный персонал.
