• Refurbishment work is taking place daily between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM from May 2026 to middle of 2027. The guestrooms, suites, and villas will be under enhancement programme with all work areas fully isolated to minimise any impact on the guest experience.

The rooms are a little tired and could use renovation/make over
We really enjoyed our stay here. The resort is massive and connected to a bunch of malls, so there are so many great options for food. We also ordered rooom service, and it was great. The spa/gym was one of our favorite things, it's huge and you get complimentary use of the sauna/pools which was a great bonus. We were celebrating our honeymoon, so the stay left us a bunch of little gifts and notes throughout our stay, which was an excellent touch. The resort is beautiful and very spacious. Would gladly stay again.

Sham, at the reception, who was not that friendly, unlike a front desk officer of a hotel in Singapore along Orchard Road that I had stayed a few days ago.
Location, lobby, breakfast, pool were all very impressive.
The room itself. Bathroom is too small, as is the bathtub and shower, with a very clumsy door opening from the outside in that then also prevents you from reaching the shower head handles, unless you walk into the shower and close the door behind you, leaving u exposed to a shock therapy the moment u turn on the hande to release the water and u get your first cold load as a nice wake up. Just pathetic design.
The light switches were inconveniently placed far away from the bed, so u have to walk to the entry door to find them. Temp setting of a/c was illogical and took us forever to adjust ti right temperature.
Airco still a bit noisy.
The room.is just technically no longer up to standards.

breakfast - the pastry only "look good". unfortunatlly when i tasted most pastry were dry.

i has a homey and warm feel, my check in was way over due and i only make it to the hotel at 2 am in the morning. but the check in was smooth and easy. breakfast was very good with a good choice of variety and food taste good
Excellent staff and customer service! Breakfast has a great variety of offerings from different countries. Spa had a very nice combination of sauna, steam, hot tub, and cold plunge, which I really liked!
