A True 5-Star Experience from the Moment We Arrived ⭐️
Our stay at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. From the moment the doors opened for us, the service was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
We stayed in a Club Access Room, which I highly recommend. Having access to the Grand Club made the stay feel even more special, with its comfortable lounge atmosphere and added privileges.
The location is another huge plus. Right in the heart of Bangkok, the hotel is incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring. Siam Paragon, CentralWorld, Gaysorn Village and other major shopping destinations are all within easy reach, making it perfect for a city stay. The hotel is also connected to Bangkok’s BTS network via the surrounding skywalks, which makes getting around even easier.
What really stood out to me, though, was the hospitality. The hotel has that rare feeling where luxury doesn't come across as cold or overly formal. Instead, it feels warm, polished and genuinely welcoming.
From the beautiful entrance to the attentive service, comfortable room and unbeatable location, Grand Hyatt Erawan made our Bangkok stay feel effortless.

Location, cleanness and facilities are amazing
All good just a minor comment the check in / check out process could be a bit faster they take a very long time.
The location is perfect and close to shopping malls and Siam Square and the BTS
The property is a bit old, my room A/C leaked at the third day but it was fixed in 5 minutes.
Everything about this hotel was absolutely exceptional! The location is perfect, making it super easy to get around. The rooms are incredible modern, clean, and extremely comfortable.
A special mention goes to the staff, who were amazingly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was also top-notch with a fantastic variety of delicious options.
We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back on our next trip!

The noise of doors slamming loudly can be disruptive to sleep in the morning, especially for light sleepers. It might not be a problem for early risers.
