• Refurbishment work is taking place daily between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM from May 2026 to middle of 2027. The guestrooms, suites, and villas will be under enhancement programme with all work areas fully isolated to minimise any impact on the guest experience.
• All hotel facilities, including restaurants, swimming pool, fitness centre, and spa, will remain fully operational.
A deposit may be required at the property.

The location is perfect and close to shopping malls and Siam Square and the BTS
The property is a bit old, my room A/C leaked at the third day but it was fixed in 5 minutes.
Everything about this hotel was absolutely exceptional! The location is perfect, making it super easy to get around. The rooms are incredible modern, clean, and extremely comfortable.
A special mention goes to the staff, who were amazingly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was also top-notch with a fantastic variety of delicious options.
We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back on our next trip!

The hotel is excellent in terms of cleanliness, service, and location.
The noise of doors slamming loudly can be disruptive to sleep in the morning, especially for light sleepers. It might not be a problem for early risers.

The location was very safe for two single women to walk at night. The comfort, the views and the amenities exceeded both of our expectations. We will be coming back.

Очень понравился отель, антураж, интерьеры, для меня немного непривычно было останавливаться в отеле с такой стилизацией, но в реальности оказалось даже лучше! Остальное все было тоже отлично
С непривычки непонятно было только какие места есть в доступе в отеле, запутанные ходы, но немного погуляв я поняла что отель связан со всеми внешними объектами: несколько торговых центров, рестораны.. просто нужно немного разобраться и дальше понятно.
A Hyatt Globalist Review
The Team at Grand Hyatt did an excellent job with my stay. This made our Thailand stay very comfortable. Service was also swift when needed. I had an absolute amazing 5 day stay with pure luxury in every area. The attention to detail was pretty meticulate. Starting with the absolute spectacular lobby to its amazing connectivity.
I feel Erawan is one of the best areas to visit for the first time and Hyatt is right in center of it . The access by skywalk to Centraworld and BTS really is a gamechanger. It really makes the hotel bigger as a result. Loved how close the Erawan shrine was to the Hotel.
As a Globalist, I genuinely appreciated access to Grand club which was the one of the best highlights of our stay. Staff made sure we checked in directly at Grand club so not to miss happy hour . This is something I really appreciate. The Decorations in the room very lovely and thoroughly loved the refreshments offered in the room including a delicious cake.
Pool was another highlight as it was an oasis in a very busy part of city. I highly recommend the jacuzzi, steam and sauna as well.
Dining Highlights:
•Breakfast at Lobby: The Spread was very huge. They even had Indian Breakfast offerings which my parents really appreciated. The sushi bar was a real treat and also the thai offerings. Loved the daily smoothie as well.
• Grand Club: One of the biggest highlights of the trip. They had excellent offerings here, Thai and many others, good liquor offerings as well. They had good salad offerings. I felt the staff was one of the best there.
Truly Appreciate the whole Grand Hyatt Team for an incredible experience and look forward to staying with them again.
