• Refurbishment work is taking place daily between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM from May 2026 to middle of 2027. The guestrooms, suites, and villas will be under enhancement programme with all work areas fully isolated to minimise any impact on the guest experience.
• All hotel facilities, including restaurants, swimming pool, fitness centre, and spa, will remain fully operational.

Amazing hotel with excellent service and a great atmosphere. What stood out the most was how helpful the staff were when my little child got sick. They quickly helped us contact a doctor and assisted us in getting to the hospital. We are truly grateful for their care and support. Highly recommended!

We have been using the Erawan for decades. Staff are friendly and super helpful, food is great and location is perfect for shops and transport. You and Mee is our favourite Bangkok menu for all our favoutites.
Lifts are busy if the Hotel has a conference on.

Sneezing and sore throat since we inter the room till we leave the room we get well, then when we are back at night we all start to sneez again, every day

فندق قريب من اهم المولات وقريب جدا لمحطة القطار شيت لوم ويوجد ممر من جسر القطار الى الفندق مباشره وفندق فخم والغرف نظيفة جدا كما يوجد شطاف في الحمام
وصلت الساعة 3 العصر وابلغوني بان الغرفة غير جاهزه وتحتاج 45 دقيقة والمفروض جيك ان الساعة 2 لكن عوضوني بالخروج متاخر اخر يوم الساعة 3 عصرا

The staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. I loved the breakfast—as a vegetarian, I had no trouble finding options, and everything available was delicious. I also tried the 2-hour full-body massage, which was an excellent, deeply relaxing treatment. Staying over the weekend was a highlight, and I thoroughly enjoyed the live music. All in all, I had a wonderful stay and a highly pleasant experience!
