Categories

Cleanliness
7.5
Mixed reports: many guests praised very clean rooms and well-kept public areas, but multiple reviews mention bad odors, dirty areas, clogged drains and a cloudy pool that lowered overall cleanliness impressions.
Service
8.8
Generally strong: numerous comments about friendly, helpful and efficient staff (specific praise for desk and housekeeping). A minority of reviews report poor service, ignored requests or unfriendly/ineffective handling of issues.
Location
8.6
Consistently noted as convenient and close to attractions, highway access, restaurants and Philadelphia; location is one of the property's clear strengths.
Room Quality
7.5
Mixed: comfortable beds and clean rooms reported, but issues include small rooms, limited dresser/storage space, moisture/damp sheets, tobacco/smoke smells, noisy neighbors and occasional maintenance problems (drips, drains).
Amenities
8
Basic amenities are solid: generally good breakfast, pet-friendly policies, Dove bathroom products and coffee praised. Some negatives: cloudy pool, low shower pressure, dusty vent, missing sanitizers/ATM and limited breakfast variety at times.
Value for Money
8.6
Many guests cited good price and indicated they'd return, making value a positive; isolated but serious billing/booking complaints reduce this slightly for some stays.
Food and Beverage
8.2
Breakfast and coffee frequently praised (some called it great), though a few guests found the breakfast selection limited; overall F&B is reliable but not exceptional.
Overall Experience
8.4
Overall positive: numerous guests reported restful, pleasant stays with friendly staff and clean rooms; however, several notable negative experiences (strong odors, poor service, maintenance issues) mean experiences are somewhat inconsistent.

Pros:

Nice staff. Ok breakfast

Cons:

Room way too small. Nowhere to hang garment bag. Guests in room 334 were obnoxiously loud and slamming doors at 630am. Not enough dresser space. Could hear water dripping in the wall. Will not be returning.

Worst hotel
Pros:

The only thing I liked was the hotel’s location. It’s close to Philadelphia and conveniently located near the highway, stores, and restaurants when needed.

Cons:

I have stayed at this hotel three times, but this was by far the worst experience. There was a terrible smell in the room, the drain was clogged, and the entire hotel was dirty.

The staff was absolutely terrible. Every simple request was treated as if they were doing me a huge favor. They couldn’t even provide me with a receipt.

I will definitely stay somewhere else next time, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
