Cons:

Loud music and noise right outside my window until 4 AM both Friday and Saturday. The shower needs a door. No matter how careful we tried to be water got all over the floor of the bathroom.

Beautiful view of waterfront and river mouth out to sea. Great location, close to the central shopping area, across road from Casino.

Cons:

Would have had a spa but the water was a bit lukewarm for a cold and windy evening in winter.
