A very nice place to stay and great location
Pros:

Check in was seamless, they had great facilities and I made a request to see if the property could put out some goodies or leave a note for my friend who’s birthday it was while we were staying here. They exceeded my expectations. I am very impressed with this location.

Cons:

The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that our car (300 series Land Cruiser) couldn’t fit in the parking and so we still had to park on the driveway of the hotel but pay the full parking fee per night. People should just be aware of this if they have a big car!

The room 1402 was terrible, mould on the ceiling, paint peeling in the bathroom, on the balconies and a terrible musty smell in the room. Really not acceptable for the price and in desperate need of attention

It was fine
Pros:

The facades of the property are nice, the rooms reasonably modern. Breakfast was pleasant but literally the same every day.

Cons:

It is in need of major overhaul, the is visible rust/decay and parts of the building that have just been neglected. Staff were pleasant but did not go above and beyond as you expect at a 5 star hotel. Beds were only doubles not queen of king and pillows cheap.

The staff were welcoming and approachable

Cons:

The hotel has seen better days could do with some TLC in coco’s restaurant with the carpet looking grubby and stained with paint damage on walls and pillars. Could do with a face lift.

Great location, facilities and value for money
Pros:

We had a rejuvenated room that was very well presented, clean and tidy. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The location was excellent. The buffet breakfast was great with a good variety to choose from.
