Poor service, great room.

Cons:

This is the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this when arriving at a hotel reception desk in the middle of the night. After a 10-hour trip, I arrived extremely tired, carrying my luggage, only to receive very poor treatment from the woman at the front desk.

Perhaps she was upset because we arrived in the middle of the night, or for some other reason, but the way she treated us was unacceptable. If I had to summarize the service we received from her in one word, it would be: disastrous.
