Rooms had a mold and chemical (maybe a deodorizer application) smell. I asked to be moved to a different room since the first one had a strong smell and ac vents had a lot of black dirt which I assumed to be mold. Second room has same smell, but ac vents were cleaner, but still had some black stuff. Bathroom tub filled quickly with water during shower and took half hour to drain. Bathroom was not well cleaned with a fair amount of hair from others. Towels provided were of poor quality or old. First room door had to be forced open by staff while moving to new room. Pay per item breakfast was very poor, hard boiled egg packets were not expired but had a strange taste so assume we’re going bad because they were stored only in a display case and not a true refrigerator. Fruit and yogurt cups looked like fruit was liquifying by my third/checkout day even if they may not have been technically expired….they still looked done and should have been replaced daily. The lobby was very comfortable to relax in during evening or to eat take out. Price was good for location etc but hotel chain owners need to focus on doing mechanical and plumbing repairs in rooms and applying a higher level of cleaning. Felt more like motel 2 Star quality rooms for a 3 star price.

Quite literally everything is dirty, various technical issues at check in. 4 bottles of shampoo and conditioner but no hand soap. I found a smoked cigarette inside the room under the desk. Certainly a mold problem from the a/c.

The place is dirty they need to clean it up. The outside pool area was nasty.

We checked in and were given the keys to our room. When we unlocked our room, it was very apparent that another guest was already occupying the room with personal belongings visible immediately. We went back to the front desk to report this and were upgraded to a king suite room. When we expressed our concern that someone could potentially enter our room, they assured us that wouldn't happen, but there was also no explanation as to how we were able to enter another guest's room. Once we were in the second room, we immediately noticed that the bathtub was running loudly behind the wall. Even with the bathroom door closed, it was still audible. The conditioner bottle was ripped off the wall and had not been replaced, and there were no other amenities in the bathroom like hand soap, lotion, etc. The balcony door was also unlocked, leaving us feeling even more unsafe. At that point, we decided to leave this hotel and book at another one nearby.

My room needed some maintenance. Plug by the sink didn't work. Light by the because didn't work

More trash cans in the rooms. We only had 1 small one and it did not get emptied until after we left on a 2 day stay. And a better breakfast bar.

The phone and alarm clock in the room were both not working. I went to the front desk to notify them and they said someone would come fix it they never did. I went back down to let them know the next morning and I also told them they need to comp my room because not having the phone was very inconvenient and she just let me get my $11 breakfast for free but I felt like the should have been more concerned.
