It was okay. You get what you pay for.
Pros:

The front desk guy was very nice and with very good customer-service attitude. The location was convenient.

Cons:

We chose the unit that included breakfast. In the second morning, the lady at the breakfast bar told us that we were only allowed to order the cold items. Cigarette smoke was heavy in the hallway. We saw through the window cigarette was dropping from upstairs, because one of the curtains was missing. During our two night stay, it seemed like there was a party upstairs. The screaming, yelling, and stomping sounds lasted until 2-3 am. I would not recommend this hotel to people with kids.

Clean and excellent option for your stay
Pros:

Hotel personnel are very friendly and professional. The room is clean and spacious. Its location is great — 15 mins walk gets you there from the subway.

Cons:

The sofa bed could be longer — even as a short person, my feet were out of it while sleeping
