Stay from hell and totally avoidable and very much the fault of the hotel and irresponsible to the guests.
Pros:

Checked in but showed as no show. While I checked in the clerk fainted and fell to floor. Had to call 911 and I had never gotten a key or room assisgment. So paid but had to find a new hotel and pay again. The 911 guys had my husband move his car forward resulting in the hold left hand of his car to get scrapped. They tried to call the management to have someone to cover for the person that passed out and went to hospital but no one would answer . Other hotels have two people on duty just
For this reason. I would appreciate speaking to someone about this. I did check back the next morning and was confirmed I was shown as paid for the room and
I was a no show. This was happing after midnight after a drive down from Wisconsin. I wick response is required as I see this whole situation including the damage to my car your responsibility as you did not have two people on the shift as other responsible hotels have and will contact others if I can’t a correction response from you all.

Cons:

You did not have two people on duty so when one passed out and went to the hospital my check in at midnight could not be completed and damage to my car was a direct result of your decision not to have two people responsible at the front desk as other hotels do provide . Ignored the safety of all the people staying there as no one was in charge all night when the clerk went to the hospital. Respond please

My stay at the Fairfield by Marriot was fair, but not sure I would stay again.
Pros:

I liked the location, I liked the staff, I liked the facility.

Cons:

We traveled with our pet, upon entering the room she found food under the cabinet was left, there was a previously used wash cloth hanging in the corner of the shower. It kind of made me question the thoroughness of the cleaning. The worst part for me were the beds were very uncomfortable. The mattress seemed to be worn and just kind of sunk in the middle.

Que no hagan limpieza en la habitación. En mi estancia solo lo hicieron un dia, a pesar que indicaron que seria un dia si un dia no.

Beds are small but comfortable
Pros:

The room was spacious but the beds are two full not two queen. The first room we were given wasn’t cleaned at all from previous guest and had to go back to guest services and get a new room. We got to the hotel around 130 am and the attendant at the desk was amazing.

Cons:

Breakfast ends to early on the weekdays 9am
