Overall the hotel was great.
Pros:

Most staff was very nice, Isabella was amazing and friendly. Great smile and such a great work ethic. Asked for recomendationas for palces to eat and she was spot on with her reconmendation.

Cons:

When we asked for toilet paper the next day, the person at the desk asked did you noy have any in there. My personal opinion no question should have been asked as to if we had any toilet paper in the room. I did not get the persons name. It was a little embarassing being asked that question with others standing at the desk as well.

Pros:

Stayed at this facility a few times. Staff has always niece, cleanliness, convenience to restaurants.

Cons:

Intense bad smell, like dampness, wet dog like. Contacted front desk and a service person was sent to inspect. Found nothing, and said that he could not smell anything.

Excellent place to stay if visiting Easton area.
Pros:

Bfast was great. Area with food a bit tight for multiple people getting bfast but great spread. If all HIE's are like this one it will be our go to when traveling.

Cons:

Pool water was to cold to swim even for grandkids. Only complaint for whole stay.
