Lovely resort...shame about the staff
Pros:

Excellent tennis facilities, lovely clean and modern rooms and very good food in the restaurant

Cons:

Some rudeness from staff members particularly in the restaurant and at the reception in the tennis centre would put me off recommending the resort.

An sich eine tolle Anlage, leider holt man bei Sauberkeit und Service viel zu wenig aus der schönen Anlage raus.
Pros:

Die Garten- und Poollandschaft ist sehr schön mit vielen Palmen und großem Becken. Der Parkplatz ist ausreichend groß. Das angrenzende Restaurant hatte sehr gutes Essen.

Cons:

Die Bausubstanz ist sehr einfach und schon in die Jahre gekommen, die Türen im Zimmer zum Balkon ließen sich nicht mehr sperren, im Badezimmer fiel der Handtuchhalter aus der Wand, die Duschtür ließ sich ncibt schließen. Es gibt keine Toiletten am Pool, so dass man teils nass ins Hotel reinlaufen muss.
Größter Minuspunkt. Der Service im Hotel ist keine 4* wert. Die Poolbar ist bereits im September bei gutem betrieb geschlossen und man bekommt von 14-19 Uhr kein Essen vor Ort. Ohne Auto wäre man aufgeschmissen. Der Poolbereich wurde die gesamte Woche nicht einmal gereinigt. Flaschen die stehen gelassen wurden, standen den gemissten Aufenthalt im Bereich.
Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ganz schlecht. Um kurz vor zehn wurde bereits das Essen abgeräumt, alles eher Kantinenstyle, die Auswahl der Speisen lieblos. Für 25€ pro Person viel zu teuer. Daher wohl auch kaum besucht.

Bel hôtel au calme mais proche de tous les accès
Pros:

Le cadre est très agréable : un site incroyable entouré par la végétation. Piscine peu fréquentée en ce mois de septembre. Le personnel est très disponible.

Cons:

Impossible de se garer dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel en rentrant à 23h le samedi soir. On vous explique qu'il faut se garer sur le parking extérieur.
