Good luck getting into & out of the parking lot
Breakfast was meh
Parking was not near front door
Asked for an extra hour for checkout after they figured i wasnt a reward member i was told it was $20 an hour & i said " so this place turns into a no tell motel from 11-3?"
& they were NOT booked up
Did i mention thebed bug we found after bfast?
Then no discount since was booked on Booking
Too many good options in Lafayette even if i saved $40 by staying here

I didn’t like how rude the staff was. I experienced the rudeness after walking in with pizza for me and my kids . Soon as I walked into the door the clerk Mike just assumed that I was going to the pool with the pizza he didn’t ask ? He assumed. I told him that I wasn’t going to the pool and, that I was to my room . He said Yeah Okay ! After eating later on about 6pm me and my kids went downstairs to go swim and he had locked the door and closed the pool . I went to the desk and asked why was the pool closed he said that it was thundering not raining or lightning but thundering. We went to the lobby to sit and wait along with another family for 1 1/2 for the pool to open . I recorded the whole there were no thunder what so ever . Then the weather came on while in the lobby and I took a picture it said Sunny no chance of rain . That’s when the other family left saying that it didn’t make no sense why he closed the pool. We then went up stairs to our room. I left not even 10 mins after , to go to store to get games because my kids couldn’t swim , was only gone 20 minutes the clerk thought I left for good because I left with a bag . Once I returned back to the hotel the pool was conveniently open . I felt the clerk was being very rude and racist . I asked for refund policy ? He said no refund policy. I asked what’s the manager name he said he didn’t know . I asked for corporate information he claim he didn’t know that either. At that point I was upset . If he would’ve looked at my booking he would’ve saw that I booked through booking.com I called them and they said that would get an answer for me from The hotel within 48 hrs . I got an email saying that the property have yet to respond it’s 8/13/26 and still no response..

The handicap parking is at the ends of the building. The doors to enter are locked so you have to tote your luggage to the front of the building to enter. If you exit you can’t get back in unless you walk back around to the front entrance.
