Cockcroaches from hell
Pros:

Bloody terrible motel, big crockroaches running around the rooms, bed bugs in bed and rats running outside, dirty duvet covers and rusty shower heads, the worst was the management were the biggest cockcroaches trying to withhold money that they really didn't want to refund.

Great Hotel!
Pros:

Staff were super polite and helpful, the room was really nice and very good value for the price we paid. This is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in in SE Asia on a budget. It’s super close to the beach and to restaurants/bars. Highly recommended!

Pros:

The property is situated in good location, the rooms are comfortable and very clean. Helpful staff. Just disappointed about breakfast it's only average rating. Nicely arranged Bana Hill tour and tickets by the front office. Walking distance to the beach. Overall experience :Very Good

Not bad for $30 a night.
Pros:

The second room we stayed in was hot, and the air didn't get any cooler. The first room was fine. Their hairdryer is very cheap.
