Worse hotel ever!!!!
Pros:

Hotel was VERY DIRTY!! one elevator was out of order. Breakfast area was subpar. The floor in the elevator and breakfast area was disgustingly dirt.
The AC unit never shut off. The sheets barely fit the bed. Top sheet was short. It was one elevator. The second was out of order but not labeled as such.
The window covering has some kind of stain marks. The bathtub was cracked. There was no conditioner. Staff said not required anymore. No cookies or fruit in reception area. Minimal towels. Had to request enough for 2 of us.
I would never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone
We chose it because it was a Hilton

Pros:

The location was easy to find and it was easy to get to and from major locations in Charlotte. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean.

Cons:

The eggs at breakfast were a little sad. They were just flavorless rubber pucks. The room itself had an air conditioner that was quite loud, and yet somehow not very effective. I was able to sleep with it, but I could imagine that being an annoyance for many. When the doors close at night, the sign on the door looks very hastily slapped together and gave me a false impression that I was staying in a dangerous part of town. It is not. It's a perfectly fine location, but the entrance would not give that impression.
