Very clean. In the heart of downtown. Smells very nice. We love the air freshener used
There was no electric kettle in the rooms
The fitness center
Lots of homeless people at the entrance and garage. We had to request a few items and it took longer than usual and had to call them twice. They didn’t clean the room daily and had to call the service line for it.
Location is really central. The concept of the size of the room is excellent. Very comfortable bed! No noise from other rooms.
There were extreme (I am mean extreme!) noise from construction site, starting at 7am. We had an executive room which assumes working and resting, neither of which was possible. We complained twice - they did not even bother to write down the room number and support this issue, they said: come later. When we checked-out, we mention it again, and the response was "we cannot do it anything about it" - they did not offer any compensation.
The room was not really clean or well maintained.
A lot of potential but a really disappointing experience - in fact, the rating we give is actually generous!
The staff were friendly and gave assistance whenever needed, the suite was clean and spacious, and the fitness center was equipped well for traveling workouts.
The parking lot's ceiling seemed low, but such is the case sometimes in city parking lots (it ended up being just fine). More security on the outside grounds would have made it more comfortable.

The room was freezing when we got into it, finally figured out the system to warm it up, as nice as it was to have an outside view... we were put on the construction side so 7:30am the noise started with jack hammers.
The location, comfort and bathroom was nice. They upgraded our stay to allow us a late check in graciously.
The parking garage was complicated to get to and the signage isn't too clear. Homeless people in the parking garages and in elevators for the parking garages smoking Crack and pissing in the elevators
