Disappointing experience for a hotel that well overpriced for what they offer. This will keep us away from booking any D
Pros:

The restaurant was probably the main attraction but food quality was below average and yet pricey. The outdoor patio could have been another highlight but was only open on Friday and not Saturday or any other evenings

Cons:

The hotel is way overpriced for what you are actually getting. Also the only hotel that does not offer free coffee and charges you $5 for a cup of starbucks (!).
Upon check in we discovered an empty water bottle in our bathroom from previous guests. Toilet was not fully clean and it was actually disgusting.
Front desk staff was not at all friendly or attentive and had no interest in assisting you or make the stay more accommodating.

Decent hotel but it, not your US Bristol facility , should be what is offered to UK clients

Staff all charming and helpful.
Room comfortable & clean

Cons:

Bar layout and decor pretty depressing ( though staff helpful and charming).
For food, being limited to the grim bar setting because our dog was with us was not pleasant. Increasingly , there are smart and elegant restaurants which welcome well- behaved dogs . Time the Hilton took note
It also didn’t help that you have an identically named property in Bristol USA. I was having to make a rapid reservation. When I did a search ( from the UK) for the Hilton in Bristol , it was the US Hilton I was offered (priced in £) . So I made a quick booking. Which of course was not refundable !
