It was clean the staff was nice and the facilities were well maintained

I enjoy how easy and fast everything is but I didn’t see roaches this time.
Pros:

It was close to places I needed to be and easy check in and the girl check in lady is my favorite

Cons:

They said they were returning my deposit and they have yet to do so. Also I left a bunch of food and belongings inside but when I came back after checkout they said nothing was inside.

Pros:

Had guests attack me because I was at the room assigned to me and there was someone who was in there already

Cons:

Poor help from computer animated person when I was going back to computer to tell them he sent me to a room already occupied.

Pros:

Lobby was dirty with white towels in the entrance sopping wet. There is no employees at the front desk, its an ipad with a remote person.

Cons:

Everything was run down, broken and most of all disgustingly dirty

What I expected, had stayed there before months ago
Pros:

WIFI, in room fridge and microwave, tub

Cons:

Having to use elevator to 2nd floor for ice, but the fridge kept is frozen until needed.

Just ok, somewhere to sleep

Not much. Bed comfortable.

Cons:

Well, where the hell do you put your clothes? You have to live out of your suitcase. You don't even have a rack to put your suitcase. If you think that tiny bench in the room can hold a suitcase, that's crazy. You can give an extra towel or two. Not a person to check in with, don't want to speak to a person on the computer screen. Someone should be on site for sure. When you say breakfast, you should provide a little more than what you had. Not good. I didn't like the place. It's perfect location to where we go all the time, but hotel I do not like. Sorry. Won't be coming back.
