It was quiet. Thats it
Absolutely horrible experience. Communication was terrible from start to finish. I was told one price, then charged a completely different amount even after I specifically clarified it with staff over the screen — because there is basically never anyone actually at the front desk.
When I went to ask for towels, another guest was actively complaining because someone had entered his room with a key. That honestly made me feel unsafe. Our own room keys were also randomly deactivated multiple times during our stay.
On top of all that, the room smelled horrible and we found roaches. Overall, the entire experience was stressful, unprofessional, and disgusting. I would not stay here again.
Good service not bad room.
Was ok no complains.
The room was quite spacious and clean; the location was great.
The front desk is remote; you are assisted via an "ATM." On one hand, this is good because you can choose your language, but on the other, it is a very time-consuming process—the machine doesn't understand you, asks you to repeat yourself more slowly, and so on—all while other people are waiting. You arrive tired, only to face this tedious procedure.
Easy access to tourist attractions
The breakfast was very poor—nothing but carbohydrates and not a single source of protein. It is misleading to advertise this as including breakfast.
This was the most economic hotel we could find. They serve a very basic breakfast and the beds are ok.
The check-in and check-out process are done by a remote worker seemingly located outside the US. Although they answer promptly, if you arrive late, there doesn't appear to be anyone at the property in case of emergency. There was a cockroach in the room when we entered and the towels were stained. The room smelled damp, probably because the AC was not cool enough. If you need a last minute place to stay for 1 night, it's OK, I would not stay longer though.
Hice el check in antes por un link que me enviaron así que al llegar fue super rápido. La habitación amplia y comoda
El desayuno, prácticamente no lo use. Podrían agregar alguna variedad mas.
Fair
A human to check us in!
Could have had toast, cereal, yogurt and waffles wasn't great selection. I was asked and said no to construction workers entering my rom. They entered and left my door open as they went back and forth. Not sure if they were the construction guys at night, but guys sitting in vehicles drinking was of putting. The price from booking .Com was in Canadian at wich point I was told the hotel would convert to US. Iwas charged the Canadian amount in US dollars. I will not book at this location again.
Explained in last section
The room was big.
