Comodo per gli spostamenti, ma da migliorare il divano letto
Pros:

L'hotel è semplice ma funzionale. La camera era spaziosa e la colazione nel complesso è stata buona (i bambini hanno apprezzato la macchina per i pancake). La posizione è comoda, lungo una strada con metro gratuita che rende gli spostamenti facili. Ho apprezzato anche la presenza della guest laundry, un servizio molto utile soprattutto per chi viaggia in famiglia o per più giorni.

Cons:

L'aspetto più deludente è stato il divano letto destinato ai bambini, che è risultato davvero scomodo. Inoltre, al nostro arrivo non era nemmeno stato preparato. Quando abbiamo chiesto aiuto, l'addetto alle pulizie si è limitato ad aprire il divano e a indicarci dove trovare le lenzuola. All'interno del divano abbiamo anche trovato un flacone di shampoo lasciato da un ospite precedente, cosa che non dà una buona impressione sulla cura della camera. Infine, il personale delle pulizie parlava pochissimo inglese, rendendo la comunicazione non sempre semplice.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Absolutely everything! New, or newly renovated. Absolutely clean, no dust at all eve in some hidden places. Unlimited coffee/tea 24/7.

Cons:

It’s expensive. But the market prices were even higher that week because of a big event.
