Pros:

Good location . Staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

The breakfast was at times limited. They did not have or only a small quantity of joghurt . Eggs out to short off . The girl was very busy and trying her best . Orange juice was more water than OJ .

Solid choice
Pros:

Great staff and in a great location.

Cons:

Slightly slow on breakfast item refills but it was a busy morning. Staff were trying hard to keep up.

Everything we could have asked for - and more! We would defintely stay again!
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent with many options. We enjoyed everything! There were also free snacks like fruit and cookies, and a fully stocked "store" where you could buy microwave dinners or ice cream and drinks to have in your room. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and clean and it was a 2 minute walk to our show / theatre.

Cons:

The only negative was a broken towel bar, but they offered us a new room (we declined) but it was excellent service!

Good value for the money
Pros:

There’s everything one needs. A convenient location downtown, 15 minutes drive from the airport, 30 minutes drive from the Niagara Falls. A comfortable bed, friendly staff, breakfast included, coffee, a fitness room.

Cons:

There’s no parking on the property. You need to park in a garage two blocks away. And if you come to the garage late after 10 pm, it’s closed and you need to figure out parking.
I didn’t have my own thermostat in the room to control the AC. They might have them in some rooms though, I don’t know.

Was not a bad stay
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful, felt safe and comfortable

Cons:

Poor room lighting, stains on the couch, issues with breakfast in the morning. Coffee maker was not working well, food was not refilled timely. Had to park down the street in a parking garage and was not informed until check in. Had issues trying to get the heat on.

Cons:

Hotel empty and would not allow early check in at 1:30. Would not provide quarters for dollars to run the washing machine and dryer…. Telling us to go to a convenient store.

Garage parking was 3 -4 mins walk away and charged me $16.


Sofa bed was not comfortable - coil was felt and sank. My 7 year old slept - but definitely not for someone older/heavier

Cons:

Ho prenotato e pagato una camera per tre persone, purtroppo non c’erano 3 posti letto, ma sono stata costretta a dormire sul divano, che ho dovuto sistemare io personalmente, non mi hanno fornito neppure una coperta, ma solo le lenzuola e un copriletto. Ho provato a fare un reclamo, ma è stato vano.
Prima dell arrivo ho provato a contattare la struttura più volte (circa 4) ma è stato vano.
