Dinah’s Garden hotel is always blooming!!
Pros:

Location was perfect and close to Stanford stadium for the concert. Atmosphere was thoughtfully engineered! Did you know there is always something blooming at Dinah’s. I love it! Rooms were spacious and had a microwave! Super important. Value is amazing. Great to have a pool, restaurant and my children enjoyed feeding the fish! Highly recommend!

Pros:

Loved the gardens, koi pond, pool area, and all of the beautiful art and artifacts displayed around the property. Appreciated the water fill station in the lobby so I could refill my reuseable water containers. I didn't eat at the restaurant, but it looked good and was a very nice location by the pool with a nice selection of items.

The thoughtful, calm design of the garden. The room was very well thought out in as far as details like lighting, availability and location of USB charging ports. The poolside dining was great

Cons:

Poolside lunch service was a bit slow, but we were not in a hurry, so it works out.

Pros:

Bed was very comfortable and room was stocked up with towels, soap etc.

Cons:

The bathroom fan/heater would make the bathroom way too hot And was unable to use the balcony due to it being covered in carpenter ants

Pros:

We stayed at the Dinah's Garden Hotel specifically because we wanted my wife and daughter to enjoy the pool while I was at work. What we found was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for any hotel claiming to offer a family-friendly experience.

The hotel allows ducks from the nearby pond to freely enter the swimming pool area. We personally saw duck feathers floating in the water, duck droppings around and near the pool, and obvious signs that the pool hygiene was being neglected. Ducks carry bacteria and germs, and no reasonable guest should have to worry about animal contamination in a hotel swimming pool.

When we raised the issue with management, they completely ignored our concerns and gave the standard excuse that “the pool is cleaned every morning.” Based on what we saw, that was clearly not true or nowhere near sufficient. A pool contaminated daily by ducks cannot simply be “cleaned in the morning” and considered safe all day.

This was not only unhygienic but also extremely disappointing because the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Instead of relaxing, my family felt uncomfortable and disgusted. The management’s dismissive attitude made the situation even worse.

I would strongly advise families with children to think twice before booking here unless the hotel takes pool cleanliness and guest concerns seriously.

את המראה החיצוני ליד הבריכה

Cons:

1. החדר ישן, זרם המים במקלחת חלש, יש דלת ללא וילון ובלילה אין אפשרות להחשיך את החדר.
2. לא יכולתי לעשות צ׳ק אווט בבוקר מוקדם כיוון שהמערכת שלהם לא עבדה, למרות שבדקתי ערב קודם שאין בעיה, כך שאני לא יודע את הסכום הסופי.
3. הבריכה נחמדה למראה אך ממש לא מתאימה לשחיית בוקר כיוון שהיא קטנה וללא קו ישר מקצה לקצה.
4. הבניינים מפוזרים על פני מרחק גדול

Pros:

Das Zimmer war klasse. Wir hatten einen Wohnraum sowie einen separierten Schlafbereich. Das Bad war sehr schön gestaltet. Die Dusche war prima und es gab einen Heizlüfter im Bad, der für eine angenehme Wärme sorgte. Auf Anfrage bekamen sogar wir eine Mikrowelle ins Zimmer geliefert. Das gesamte Gelände ist schön gestaltet mit viel Grün und einem Teich.

Pros:

The room was pretty large but the hotel is outdated and the smell of the room is not fresh.... I will not stay in that hotel again. They need to make some changes and make it more modern.

Cons:

Ordered breakfast in their restaurant, not sure how you could make an omelet with spinach and mushrooms that bad! It should be simple. The smell of the room and the hallway immediately says it's an outdated facility. For that price I will choose to stay in more modern place.

Good but the room carpets need a thorough cleaning
Pros:

The room I chose was very spacious and kept very clean.

Cons:

The only issue I encountered with the room was the smell. I'm not sure if it was the carpet, but there was a strong, musty odor. While it was tolerable, it made all my exposed clothes and bags smell. I had to wash all my bags and clean my suitcase to get rid of the unpleasant odor. The hotel definitely needs to address this issue.
