Pros:

Very good location if you have work/travel around South Bay.
Large and open property and there's plenty of area to walk around. There is a small park and duck pond in the property.
The food in the restaurant is good.
The staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The gym is small with very little space and equipments for weight training.
They should offer a room package that includes breakfast.

Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds
Pros:

I have stayed here since I was a child. I love the stunning gardens and grounds. It's always felt like home. Love the poolside restaurant for breakfast or afternoon cocktails. Our server Noe was the best and very welcoming

Cons:

There is nothing to complain about on this property!

Pros:

Wonderful atmosphere, very nice staff, very clean, the fountains and flowers. Very nice experience and good price!!I recomend to book a room with a view to the fountains

All and all we had a great stay. Everyone was very polite.
Pros:

The property was beautiful and well landscaped .

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that the restaurant was outside and if you wanted to swim you were swimming amongst diners. Also the rooms connected to the pool area could be a bit nicer.

Pros:

Restaurant food was excellent!

Cons:

The carpet in our suite was dirty and had lots of noticeable spills. The carpet needs to be cleaned. The room also had a stale smell. We reported the smell to the desk. We ended up going to the market and purchased air cleaner. We opened the sliding glass doors for ventilation.

Please continue to appoint your room with fruit, bottled water and the different things that make your hotel a stand out
Pros:

I’ve been staying at Dinah’s since 1998. It’s my favorite Bay Area property. I was placed in the 600 building and that building needs a remodel. The carpet or lack of an area rug with an adequate seating area within the room for office work was notable and missing.

Delightful!
Pros:

My room was attractive and comfortable. The poolside dining area was lovely, and the lagoons, gardens, ducks, and koi were wonderful. I spent some time sketching there. A quiet, beautiful, and relaxing place to stay. Excellent service at the restaurant and reception. My salmon dinners were truly delicious!

Cons:

The restaurant should offer oatmeal for breakfast.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. But the rooms are jaded and really need to be spruced up and renovated. Also while the person at the reception checking us in was great, the other people have been rude sometimes esp when we requested for a 30 mins late checkout (like just 30 mins!). Fine even if you can't give me just 30 mins extra to check out, that can be communicated in a nicer way.
