View of the Dome

Cons:

I had a great room last time and was given a smaller room this time. When I went to ask for a better room at the reception I was surprised how unhelpful and even rude the staff was. The gentlemen said what I paid on booking is how much they speak to clean the room and so I wasn’t high enough on the tier policy to have the room I had last time.
Also there was construction going on on my floor with ripped carpet in the hall, etc.

Udany pobyt, hotel na dobrym poziomie
Pros:

Hotel ok choć lata świetności ma za sobą. Śniadania - no cóz każdy znajdzie cos dla siebie. Duża sala śniadaniowa, każdy czuł sie swobodnie. Hotel w centrum z dobrym parkingiem.

łazienka do odświeżenia, zardzewiały kaloryfer, uchwyt na ręczniki, same ręczniki niezbyt nowe

Frühstück sehr umfangreich und gut.
Lage hervorragend

Cons:

Die vorbestellten Nackenkissen waren nicht vorab geliefert, wurden aber noch am gleichen Tag ins Zimmer gebracht.
Der Wasserdruck in Dusche und Toilettenspülung nicht stark genug. Folglich war die Toilette verstopft.

Die Lage am Gendarmenmarkt ist genial! Der Blick aus dem Zimmer zum Dom war auch sensationell. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Cons:

Es riecht im Hotel etwas muffig nach alten Möbeln und Teppichen.

Wir hatten bei der Reservierung um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. Leider befand sich unser Zimmer direkt oberhalb der U-Bahn Station. Man hört die U-Bahn die ganze Nacht, wenn wenn Sie einfährt und stoppt, da konnte man kaum ruhig schlafen.

Pros:

The room was nice and clean, however, outside of the room cleanliness was not acceptable.

Cons:

The hotel was undergoing renovations, which in itself was not an issue. However, the hallways where guests were staying were littered with debris. The staff were neither friendly or partially helpful. I wouldn’t be in a rush to stay here again

Tolle Hotel super Lage
