Great location and facilities.
Pros:

Wonderful location, the dome view room was great and the staff were extremely helpful.
Pool was most welcome in the heatwave we experienced.

Cons:

The air conditioning couldn’t cope with the extreme heat. The passage ways were cold but the room was over 30 degrees. A fan was provided but couldn’t do much! A room discount was offered.

Pros:

Sigur că brand-ul Hilton nu are nevoie de evaluări suplimentare pentru a sugera calitatea serviciilor sale. Hotelul din Berlin este unul situat în plin centrul orașului, într-o zonă extrem de frumoasă și liniștită, aproape de majoritatea atracțiilor turistice din oraș. De asemenea, chiar în fața hotelului este o stație de transport subteran și o stație de taxi-uri.
Hotelul este foarte frumos și curat. Micul dejun este excelent. Raportul calitatea serviciilor / preț este incredibil de bun.

Perfecte!!
Pros:

Les habitacions estan netes, el desdijuni molt complet. La ubicació immillorable.
Tenen aigua mineral fresca gratis, en un dispensador.
En plena onada de calor, va ser el nostre refugi climàtic.

Cons:

Un poquet més d'idiomes.... en tota la recepció no hi havia ningú que parlés castellà. En un hotel 5 estrelles,... esperes un poc més de nivell

Cons:

I would like to provide some feedback regarding the strong fragrance that is continuously dispersed throughout the hotel. Unfortunately, I find the constant synthetic scent quite unpleasant and overwhelming. It would be much more comfortable if the fragrance was reduced or removed altogether. In addition, I am concerned that prolonged exposure to artificial fragrances may not be ideal for guests' health and may also have an unnecessary environmental impact. I hope you will consider this feedback in the future. Thank you.

Staff is wonderful, but avoid summer stays
Pros:

Staff was absolutely remarkable and motivated to assist. Friendly and courteous from check-in counter, to staff in Chou Chou, and even the technician who came to help service the air conditioner in the room.

Cons:

While our overall stay was impacted by significant issues with our room, I want to specifically recognize Johanna for her outstanding customer service. She was compassionate, professional, and persistent in helping us resolve the situation, ultimately finding us a room with properly functioning air conditioning after multiple unsuccessful attempts. Unfortunately, the room we originally booked was uninhabitable due to temperatures exceeding 28°C, and we lost more than a full day of our vacation dealing with room changes, maintenance visits, and waiting for a resolution. The excessive heat also left me feeling unwell. Although we appreciated Johanna’s efforts, the experience fell well short of the standard we expected from Hilton, and I hope the promised rate adjustment reflects the downgrade in accommodations and the disruption to our stay.

Pros:

Location was great and rooms were clean and comfortable, staff very helpful especially the concierge

Cons:

Aircon was broken but room was swapped quickly, rooms were not always refreshed with full compliment of towels/tea/coffee etc so had to ask staff but they were very responsive.
