Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Pre-authorisation of guest's credit card is required to secure the room reservation.
Please note that guests with a booking of 10 rooms and above are required to settle a deposit upon booking. Guests can contact the property directly via the Special Requests box or at the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
F&B discount for in house guest (not applicable for alcoholic beverages).

Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay here again, even though the location is very convenient
Pros:

The breakfast is good n delicious

Cons:

The bed n carpet! 5 stars, but the bedsheets looked dingy and old very well used! The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed properly.

Bad value for money - not coming back - you can find better hotels in KL for the same price
Cons:

We stayed here two nights and moved hotel after that even though we were staying longer in KL. We arrived in the evening after a 30 hour flight from Europe. We were two adults and one child and only had one large bed in the room. We had to ask multiple times for an extra bed for my daughter. We waited an hour for it to arrive in the room, even though it was late and we said she had to sleep. We had asked for the bed online in advance. Breakfast was terrible. It was a battle ground with hundreds of people and there were piles and piles of dirty plates on tables, piled high, and just left there. The floor was dirty and honestly we lost our appetite and couldn’t eat anything. The hotel is too big with not enough staff. The staff were nice enough but can’t manage the large number of people. The gym is also not well maintained and seems not to have been cleaned in a while. The rust of the metal weights has rusted into the mats on the ground.

المكان كله صراصير فالغرف صراصير كبيره وصغيره تطلع فكل مكان والسجاده واضح قديمه ويوم دخلنا ما كان انضف شي الهوم سيرفس يتاخر مايجيب الشي الا بعد ساعه ساعتين
