From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Pre-authorization of guest's credit card is required to secure the room reservation.
Please note that guests with a booking of 10 rooms and above are required to settle a deposit upon booking. Guests can contact the property directly via the Special Requests box or at the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
F&B discount for in house guest (not applicable for alcoholic beverages).
- 20% discount can only be used on food and drink at the property, not entitle for alcohol beverages.

I like the room. Bed was so comfy. The views awesome.
Lot. Might be my first and last. 1st, about parking. Why in world like have hundreds of rooms but you have smallest parking basement? Then we have to park our car to WTC's parking which the hotel staf never told us to register our car at the other counter. I did registered but at main hotel counter and i didnt know about wtc's parking registration. I didnt care how much i'm gonna to pay. Just be more professional to inform us as customer about the facilities. They're not helping at all. 2nd, about breakfast. I know it's peak time i dont know how you guys manage the storm of people. The staf just said "Just find the empty seat". Wowww i came with my brothers and his kids. The they expected my family to take the seats easily. After that, some staf just told us to clear the table so the other people can seat. Wtf??? Hello we paid, we ate. Thats kind of spoil our mood. Seriously. There's many that kind spoil the mood.
