Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Pre-authorization of guest's credit card is required to secure the room reservation.
Please note that guests with a booking of 10 rooms and above are required to settle a deposit upon booking. Guests can contact the property directly via the Special Requests box or at the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
F&B discount for in house guest (not applicable for alcoholic beverages).

Provide parking lot accommodation for your customers

Never keep to promise until I have to remind again for my request (request for baby cot),
No free parking after I pay so much for my stay
Normal 3 star hotel also can provide free parking but here we have to pay for parking,
Phone land line to call customer service not working until I have to use my own mobile and call front desk from google online number to reach them
