Everything about this place the were rooms spacious the stand alone shower and separate bath, heated big pool. I highly recommend this place for families 👌 also parking on site $25 per day for multiple entries, and the photos that are shown are exactly the same
Nothing, for the price it’s absolutely amazing
Location. Staff were friendly although not enough of them. Breakfast was very good. Beds comfortable. Good TV selection.
No Concierges for car arrivals. Its obvious they have stripped back to save money. No water in rooms. No biscuits. Few bathroom products. The Club access was disappointing. No afternoon tea. Canapes offered the same food both nights we were there! And not even crackers to go with the very limited wine selection on offer. I would stay here again but not pay the considerably more I did for Club.

I paid for a city view room and got a room with a construction site.
It was meant to be a 5 star hotel ....I would say 3.5. very dated.
No in room menu after a very long day after visiting our very close family member who is very unwell
My sister and I wanted room service and watch a movie. And sleep before our flight back home.
We had to go back downstairs ask for a printed room service menu ....paid 50 $ for a steak that only comes with fries 12 extra .....no vegies available.... however I ordered the lamb came with vegies? And mini bar except for a bottle of 7 $ water was not available.....yeah I won't stay again.

Awesome staff! Lovely environment, Cool layout and design of building. Room was very nice, clean and cozy. Fabulous bathroom. Only a light stroll to the Town hall where we had an event. Close to Aotea square. Good parking!
Great for a romantic weekend. Concierge out front was awesome.
Saunas are not mixed gender.
Breakfast was fantastic, pool facilities were lovely and clean. Beds were super comfy, very quiet room. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Car parkign was super easy. The Japanese restaurant was the best dinner we have ever had!!!!!
The staff are very friendly, parking is great, and the location is great. We did not get to try the food, but the building is beautiful. Overall, wonderful stay! We have stayed in this location a few times now and will definently come again.
The pool was rather busy and very loud (lots of children), but I understand that is not the staff's issue. The pool bathrooms were also very slippery, so maybe adding more pool/anti-slip mats would be a good idea.
