Meal and drinks options (although we wish we’d know how expensive the Japanese buffet was before we got the bill - we never even got offered the set menu option advertised and almost had a heart attack at the $120/pp bill)

Toilet malfunction was no ones fault but annoying
Comfortable beds and bedding. Rooms good temperature - heating actually worked well. Great staff. Heated pool was nice, and sauna very hot. Great breakfast buffet but pricey at $45.
No coffee in room! Or hot chocolate. Just teas. Older bathroom, no heated towel rail, which isn’t great when you swim in the pool as you need togs to dry. Shower poor pressure. No spa - I just assumed there would be one with the pool. No towel robes - again I assumed, but apparently not for our room type. Advertised as city views, but we could only see the building next door. Phone was not plugged in and not able to be, so when we had an issue with the light we couldn’t call concierge.
The pool was lovely and parking was convenient
The location is fairly handy.
Expected 2 x full-size double beds so was very disappointed on arrival at the size of the beds.
Upon arrival at other hotels there are staff to help with your luggage, but not here.

Everything was broken. I wasted 2 hours before I could get into my room and settle. Lifts, cards and a lot of stuff broken.
