Fabulous hotel so close to Queen street
Pros:

Fantastic service and great location. Room was very large as was the bathroom. Nice view too. Gym sauna and pool were clean and towels supplied.

Pros:

The breakfast was my main highlight, totally excellent!

Cons:

Parking, if there is a way of making it free for guests that would be wonderful. Tv as well, wish there was smart tv to access streaming channels

Wonderful and relaxing.
Pros:

We met one of the managers on our arrival and told him about our horrible day. He took our kids to the mini bar and let them choose something and put it on his credit card. Was a lovely gesture which made as feel very welcome and important.
Pool and sauna were amazing and the kids loved it.

Cons:

Wish the breakfast was included or cheaper for families. It's not worth it at $45 each when you have 3 kids.

Great place to stay in Auckland, handy location to so many activities
Pros:

Nice easy location for the city. Room nice and clean and bed was very comfy. Always had a good stay here.

Ok for the money we paid.
Pros:

Swimming pool for kids and also the Japanese restaurant

Cons:

Was abit dirty inside the room, found fake eye lashes on the ground under our table and shower looked like it had dried up snot on the wall. Also aircon wasn’t working and it was on cold the whole time.
