City luxury escape.
Pros:

The facilities. Clean. Super heated indoor pool and sauna in changing rooms are awesome. Love the full renovation of this hotel. Bar staff are friendly and provided a great atmosphere.

Cons:

The restaurant wait staff were unfamiliar with the market fish on the menu. Didnt get what I was told. Also chatted away whilst I was trying to eat said fish meal. Like...go away dude!. Early morning concierge desk lady very surly and unhelpful too. Two weeks later and I'm still waiting for the $50 holding fee which was promised to be credited on checkout.

Our Go-to hotel in Auckland CBD that fits the budget
Pros:

Great value for money for facilities such as pool, gym and comes with amazing buffet breakfast with lots of selection. Loved the location too as it's 10 mins walk to Sky City, plenty of great dining options all within walking distance and close to the motorway ramp.

Cons:

The parking is not free. Although there's pay parking within the same building but not guaranteed. I paid for a multipass but nearly got nowhere to park on our return from a night activity.

A comfortable and well-located hotel with friendly service—I'd happily stay here again.
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a modern design and a great bed for a good night's sleep. The hotel is in an excellent central location, making it easy to explore Auckland, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

Cons:

Breakfast was not included in our booking, so we had to find other options nearby. Other than that, our stay was enjoyable and we didn't experience any major issues.
