Lovely, convenient and clean.
Pros:

Pool, sauna, gym. The fragrance of the Hotel was devine. Amazing view, loved that our room was located on the 8th floor close and direct access to the lobby from hotel parking. Great location. Lovely and helpful staff.

Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable, lack of coffee sachets in our room, no hotchoc sachets for kids.

Great value for money. Spacious, beautifully renovated rooms. Fabulous buffet breakfast.

Some staff were great but many seemed listless, unhelpful.

Had a lovely quiet and comfortable stay😊
Pros:

Clean and spacious rooms. Beautiful foyer.
Beautiful food. Lovely staff. Great convenient parking.

Cons:

No robes or slippers in bedroom. Usually look forward to hot tub and relaxing in a robe and slippers at my hotel stays so was disappointed to arrive and these weren’t included in the room even though was a superior King room. I thought this was compulsory for 5 star hotels.
