Tolles Hotel mit überzeugender Leistung. Lage, Verpflegung, Personal war alles hervorragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Orientierung zur U Bahn anfangs schwierig bis man den richtigen Ausgang gefunden hat.
Lovely big hotel with helpful staff, and all the amenities you’d expect. The buffet breakfast catered for every culinary option and was the biggest, best we’ve experienced! As our flight was an evening departure, we were especially grateful for the luggage storage and use of a hospitality room for a quick freshen up before we left for the airport.
Walking to the MRT required dodging around the driveway/cars which was not difficult but perhaps could be improved with a pedestrian walkway.

The location was fantastic, the staff were attentive and a great selection at the buffet breakfast
Unfortunately the check out was quite slow
It was clean and a good location. Loved the direct connection to the shopping centre and close to the train station . The concierge was very friendly and helpful
The drinks were excessively expensive. We ordered 2 juices by the pool (no alcohol) and it cost us $49. Also the check out was very impersonal.

Everything. The apartment is very nice, spacious, well designed, including pool. The location was perfect. 15 minutes by walk from downtown and 6-i minutes by taxi. Nice staff and we loved the chocolate pancake at breakfast. Most of the time we asked for room service for breakfast and it was very good with no extra price.
