Sensational hotel, staff all went above and beyond. Club room was huge with an amazing view of the Bay, food all on point and more choice than you could possibly ask for.

客房打扫和物品补充能更及时一点就更好了。

Convenient location for a business trip. I was kindly offered an upgrade to a room with a view, which was lovely, thank you. Breakfast was also good and had everything I needed.
The hotel experience was good, except for the check-out. My stay was paid through booking.com in advance, but I was charged again at checkout as they did not see this payment. It took time to explain and find the proof. This was quite stressful as I was running late to the airport. I am sure this can be automated better.
