Great location and staff, nice hotel needing some TLC.
Pros:

Went as a Club room member and enjoyed what floor 38 had to offer. The staff were excellent and catered for all our needs. The food was plentiful and tasty as was the champagne and cocktails.
The room was very spacious with great views across the bay and surrounding area.
There are a number of shopping centres nearby as well as the Promenade train station, which is very easy to use.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room was a little tired needing some TLC.
The room also needed a very good cleaning (it has a cursory tidy daily) however I found nail clippings in the carpet as silverfish under the table.

AT edge resturant the food is amazing however keep in mind they do close at 10pm and stop restocking at 9:30pm.. This I am ok with however I noticed that they are packing up the food also at 9;30pm therefore it should actually state closing at 9:30pm and not 10pm... 140 bucks a head paid for at 9pm thinking we had an hour to eat however they started.removing food at 9:30pm.. Still I highly recommend the resturant.. Just make sure you get.there early by 8pm.

Lost in the crowd - just another face for Pan Pacific.

Cons:

Delayed Check-in (after check-in time) by almost 2 hours. Bathroom door design/usability, dusty headboard, glass desk (not suitable for family with kids). Booking instructions not followed. Limited halal food options in Breakfast and Room Service.

Ein großes Hotel mit schönen Zimmer und Ausblick und einer hervorragenden Lounge
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Lounge mit Blick auf Marina Bay. Vor allem die Lounge war einzigartig, einer der besten, welch ich bis jetzt kennengelernt habe, ein wirklich hervorragendes Buffet mit einer super Auswahl an Getränken. Freundliches Personal. Marina Bay und der Fluss mit den Lokalen waren einfach zu erreichen

Lange Wartezeit mitunter (> 10-20min) bei Checkin , Frühstück und bei den Aufzügen
