Room was musty/, probably from old carpeting. The tub was not draining properly-filling with shower water when showering.

Very close to the airport.
The woman working the night shift came into my room shouting, yes, actually shouting. You can imagine how terrified my 9-year-old son and I were. She yelled something like, “For safety reasons, the door must be properly closed.” Right after that, I heard her shouting the exact same thing at the room next to ours. I was honestly shocked.
After that, neither of us could fall back asleep. My heart was racing, and we had to wake up at 4:30 am anyway because we had an early flight.
When I checked in, the staff specifically told me that breakfast-to-go bags were available for guests leaving before 7:00 a.m. I went downstairs at 5:00 a.m., and there was nothing. The same rude woman simply told me she “didn’t have time” because there was a computer problem. Seriously?
We paid for a room with breakfast included, yet she couldn’t even put together something quick for my 9-year-old son. Her attitude was basically, “That’s how it is.” No apology, no effort, no customer service.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again.

No food except breakfast. No buses, no grossery, nothing around...
Clean and Staff tried there best dealing with a mini crisis of no internet .
I Had to wait in the lobby to 3 hours to be checked in as internet was down . I suggested at the start they follow a manual process but they did not introduce early enough , eventually they did . No WiFi for the stay and could not leave the room as no key available .
Bed made me my skin itch sometimes. I think maybe it was the top/cover sheet

It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the hotel was close to the airport with a free shuttle, and the staff were friendly.
I didn’t like that the air conditioning was extremely loud. I had to turn it off to be able to sleep, and the room was also a little too cold.
the breakfast was not that great. it was just basic minimum. could have better continental breakfast and wish had more choice. but it was not bad as well. if the stay is for 1-2 days then its fine, if it more than 2 days then you would look for better breakfast options.
the bath tub is really old and the water wouldn't go while taking bath. luckily I was alone, I could take bath and walk out and if it was for another person to go next then it would really take a lot of time.

Convenient for short stay, free shuttle service to/from airport, very comfortable beds, good size rooms, staff were friendly and helpful. As a single female, I felt very comfortable staying at this hotel.
Nothing to dislike - there was no restaurant for dinner, but they do provide a list for delivery service!
