Three days visiting friends.
Pros:

Everything was good,staff very friendly.Room excellent.Good variety for breakfast.Huge car park.

Cons:

The area around the hotel had nothing to do within walking distance.No restaurants or bars.

Pros:

Pro:
- Can't say more, Valeria and George (see image). Best staff ever! They were both polite, attentive, went above and beyond despite the inital error in my previous booking 🤩🫱🏻‍🫲🏽

- The room was spotless. Kudos to the cleaners. Comfortable bed 🛏

- Adequate facilities/ Wi-Fi was fast 📲

- Good parking spaces within (pay to park) 🚘

- Close proximity to Newark Airport ✈️

Con:
- I'm big on customer service as it reflects the company.
There were a few front desk staff that were unprofessional, particularly a lady called "Jebby" (unsure if she gave me her real name).
She was abrupt, passive aggressive and dismissive each time i asked her a question. It felt like she woke up from the wrong side of the bed each time i spoke with her.
My encounter with her was horrible.
I would have given a one star 🌟, if she was the only front desk staff there 🤷🏽‍♀️.
POV: I don't think she should be in a customer facing role at all. I tried to avoid going to the front desk when she was on duty.
On the other hand, I'm glad there were other very professional front desk staff 👍🏼

- Although, there were vending machines around, but there were no bottled water in the fridge inside the room (highly recommend) 🍶

- Breakfast buffet options are very minimalistic.
You also have to order lunch or dinner from outside vendors, as there isn't an in-house kitchen to serve after breakfast 🍞🥓.

Great place for a layover or before/after a flight out of Newark.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room size was good and the available lighting was sufficient. The hotel shuttle to the airport was ontime and roomy. Tasty breakfast available. It was also rewarding to see the message that items such as toothbrushes/toothpaste, shaving razors, combs were available upon request.

Cons:

No specific issues to highlight.
