Slecht geslapen in een kamer waarvan de Airco niet werkte tot 2x toe,

Cons:

Airco werkte niet, toen van kamer gewisseld, ook daar werkte de Airco in de kamer niet, had voor 2 single kamers ± € 344,- betaald zonder ontbijt!

Gute Restaurant und netter Service

Cons:

Ich habe für ein Event extra alle Teilnehmer in das Hotel umgebucht, weil es eine Klimaanlage ausgewiesen hatte. Im Ergebnis gab es nur eine Klimaanlage am Empfang, die Zimmer werden nur gelüftet. Fenster öffnen ging durch Lärm von der Straße nicht. Im Bad fanden sich zudem Silberfischchen im Waschbecken.

Der Hitze entgehen im Qube
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr angenehm. Das Essen einfallsreich und mal was anderes. Die Klimaanlagen war bei den momentanen Temperaturen ein Segen. Die Isolierung ist sehr gut; man hörte weder von nebenan noch von oben Geräusche.
Das Bad war sehr gut ausgestattet.
Dass es eine Tiefgarage gab, war sehr praktisch.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich möchte extra Antony erwähnen, der uns sehr fürsorglich betreut hat.

Cons:

Die Schiebetür zum Bad war geräuschvoll, was nachts den zweiten Schläfer störte.
Die Bettdecken waren zu warm...aber man kann ja abziehen und unter den Bezügen schlafen...
Der Preis für die Tiefgarage war Heidelberger Verhältnissen angepasst...ein bisschen teuer.

Pros:

De bedden waren wel ok.

Cons:

Wij hadden speciaal geboekt voor de airco en voor de revues waar ze vertelden dat het personeel heel vriendelijk was. Jammer genoeg zal dat op dagen geweest zijn dat wij er niet waren. De airco werkte niet, ik ging dit melden aan de receptie en ze gingen ernaar kijken, wat ze zouden gedaan hebben?? Maar alles wat nog net hetzelfde als ervoor. We hebben dit terug aangekaart en zeiden dat ze dit nog eens gingen bekijken, geen excuses, geen tegemoetkoming, niets!!! Ook het personeel dat vriendelijk zou zijn, waren op vakantie denk ik. Hier komen we zeker niet meer terug!
