Sehr gut für ein Wochenende in Heidelberg
Pros:

Die Lage in der Bahnstadt ist sehr gut, man erreicht das Hotel sehr schnell und problemlos von der Autobahn und parkt in der Tiefgarage zwar nicht billig, aber wie überall in Heidelberg. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man sehr schnell in der Altstadt. Bei 40° C Außentemperatur in Heidelberg blieb dank Klimaanlage der Raum angenehm kühl, wobei die Klimaanlage so leise war, dass man sie die ganze Nacht durchlaufen lassen konnte. Die Hunde konnten problemlos im Hotel mitreisen.
Positiv ist auch die Kaffeebar auf dem Flur.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war nicht am Strom und konnte laut Rezeptionsmitarbeiter auch nicht angeschaltet werden, ohne die Sicherung im Zimmer rauszuschießen. Das war bei den Außentemperaturen natürlich schade.

Auswahl Frühstück, Lage des Hotels

Cons:

Betreten des Zimmers ohne sich bemerkbar zu machen und sich entsprechend zu melden. Mitarbeiter betritt das Zimmers während ich nackt im Zimmer stehe und auf den Weg in die Dusche bin. Keine Entschuldigung oder Ähnliches wurden geäussert.

Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Hervorragendes Frühstück, sehr große Auswahl. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war auch auf aller höchstem Niveau.

Die Lage ist super, auch die Parkgarage ist groß.

Cons:

Klimaanlage scheint überhaupt nicht zu funktionieren, was bei 32 Grad keinen Spaß macht. Die Kissen sind schlecht .

LAGE1++ negatives steht in der Bewertung
Pros:

Die Lage ist phantastisch 5 Minuten zum Bus oder Metro und 5 Minuten in die Altstadt. Es war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Ich habe die Unterkunft 30 Minuten suchen müssen da es keine Beschilderung oder ähnliches gibt. Durch mehrmaliges nachfragen und suchen wurde ich mitten durch ein Friseurstudio geführt bis zum Aufzug wo ich mit dem Code hochfahren konnte. Normale Sender sind im TV nicht vorstellen sondern eine Anmeldung bei Netflix oder Prime. Handtücher wurden in 3 Tagen nicht gewechselt. ES WAR HELL UM 7 UHR MORGENS ES GIBT KEINE ROLADEN UND DER VORHANG REICHT NUR BIS ZU HÄLFTE DES 3 METER LANGEN FENSTERS.

Trotzdem würde ich es empfehlen, aber man muss auch ehrlich und bei Bedarf kritisch bewerten.

Good value for money overall but lacks anything special
Pros:

Overall one of the better price value equations in Heidelberg. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It is quite far out but there is a train option and at least some good coffee places around. Rooftop is there but there was no service. You could get your drinks from the bar at the ground floor. Air condition was not adjustable and overall it was too warm in the room.

Pros:

Bel hôtel propre et moderne. Chambre soignée et fonctionnelle.
Petit plus une cafetière/thé/tisane dispo à chaque étage.
Très bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Personne à l'accueil à notre arrivée, au retour de l'employé aucune excuse et clairement le sentiment de l'embêter.
Le restaurant et le bar était fermé et nous n’etions pas prévenu.
Nous avons été hellés au milieu de la salle du petit déjeuner sans bonjour ou désolé pour nous demander notre numéro de chambre.
Sur les 4 personnels du staff un a toutefois été très souriant et courtois.
