Pros:

Very friendly service, wonderful and spacious room, great side sea view. Pool area.

la habitacion esta muy bonita la vista

aparentemente no contratan a gente que hable español y todos me hablablan en ingles en un pais donde su primer idioma es el español era molesto por que mis padres no hablan ingles, los meseros en los restaurantes no atendian, el roomservice pesimo, tardaron , la comida mala, el chico que llego tiro mi comida cuando la estaba acomodando y regreso con un plato nuevo 30 minutos despues, basicamente no la mejor experiencias con el servicio y el servicio es lo que hace un hotel de 5 estrellas.

Would probably skip until they have sorted the building work.
Pros:

Nice refurbished rooms. Staff are exceptionaly nice.

Cons:

Extensive renovations ongoing. Much of the lobby floor and the gardens are not in use.
Adult pool closed for whole stay. Outside was like a building site. Work scheduled to continue to mid 2027.
Have stayed several times before so know how much is being compromised at the moment.
Oh….and the aircon keeps reverting to 22 degrees….when we wanted it at 19 at night.
