As part of our commitment to enhance our facilities, from June 2025 there will be partial closures of our indoor & outdoor common areas for renovation. Great location, great staff, great food, great pool. Great!!
Pros:

Well positioned. Clean / Modern / Smart. Food was superb in all restaurants.

Cons:

The lifts were a little inconsistent - had a few issues but nothing that spoiled the stay.

Exceptional!
Pros:

Extremely friendly staff! Nicely renovated. Exceptional service , early check in , check out with access to resting room - both without any extra charges. I’ve stayed in other great hotels in Barcelona but have to say this was my favourite.

Cons:

No direct access to the beach- could be due to ongoing renovation.

Very nice!
Pros:

Stayed in a standard king-bed room and have to say: I enjoyed it very much.

The room was spacious, had a perfect layout, great closet space, was very clean, nice big bathroom, lots of light. Nice amenities and a very comfortable bed.

It does help, of course, that the room is brand-new-ish.

Every staff member was absolutely enjoyable to speak with and everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast: Great spread, very nice outdoor seating area. Is it worth EUR 45 if breakfast isn’t included in your rate- not sure, but for the convenience, why not.

In short: I’d stay there again, wouldn’t need to think about it twice.

Below standard services.

Front desk team charged us € 600 when we checked-in as prepaid services. When we checked-out they did not pay us back the outstanding balance (€ 200+) they said they will credit our card with in 2/3 days but nothing came from them since then although I’ve reminded them a massage trough booking service but nothing came luck.

Also, room service staff were very rude. They interned our room just to place (2 water backs & 2 pieces of chocolate) and to shift the rubbish from room can to shopping paper bags.

No room make up performed by them at that time.
