Un séjour marqué par un manque d’écoute et de suivi après la perte d’un vêtement confié à la blanchisserie, malgré l’acc

Parmi les membres du personnel de l’accueil, une seule collaboratrice s’est distinguée par son professionnalisme, son écoute et la qualité de son accueil. J’ai d’ailleurs tenu à lui offrir un bouquet de fleurs pour la remercier de son attention. J’aurais apprécié retrouver cette même qualité de service auprès de l’ensemble de l’équipe.

Cons:

de mon séjour, l’un de mes vêtements confiés au service de blanchisserie ne m’a pas été restitué. Malgré plusieurs signalements à l’accueil, je n’ai reçu aucun retour, aucune proposition de vérification ni même un mot d’excuse. La froideur avec laquelle ma demande a été accueillie a renforcé mon insatisfaction. En tant que chef d’entreprise, je sais combien l’écoute, le suivi des réclamations et la considération portée au client sont essentiels à la qualité d’un service. Je déplore donc autant la perte de ce vêtement que le manque d’attention apporté à ma situation.

La piscina, y la ubicación que está cerca a restaurantes y lugares exclusivos

Cons:

Que la atención al gimnasio los fines de semana sean desde las 9 am, todos los hoteles abren a las desde las 5 am o 6 am. A las 9 am es muy dificil hacerlo si ya tenemos planificado otros planes desde la mañana mismo.

I think is a great hotel with beautiful view and service staff, and should consider renovating
Pros:

Although the room was a bit dated, it was comfortable and clean. The views from the room and throughout the hotel were beautiful, and the breakfast was excellent, exceeding my expectations.

Cons:

The bathroom might benefit from updates because the hot water was unreliable, and the space appears quite dated. I also faced internet problems with frequent disconnections.

Inviertan en mejoras, ese hotel merece volver a estar entre los mejores.

Muy buenas camas, mantiene la mejor ducha buen flujo de agua con temperatura constante,

Cons:

Hacía muchos años que no llegaba al Hotel Quito, me decepcionó encontrar las instalaciones deterioradas. Alfombras muy viejas, puertas despintadas, el sifón de la ducha no desalojaba el agua correctamente y se inundó. Una pena dejar caer un magnífico edificio con excelente ubicación.

sehr gut, tolle Lage und besonderes "Retro-Flair"", gute Aussicht

Der beheizte Außenpool, die Rosendeko im Foyer, das Restaurant im 7. Stock mit der wunderbaren Aussicht, sowie die schöne Aussicht auf die Berge

Cons:

Das Hotel müsste von außen mal renoviert werden. Innen sind sie dabei.
