Pros:

Das Personal war mehrheitlich sehr freundlich, wir hatten teilweise Mühe mit der Verständigung auf Englisch.

Pros:

Tolle Hotels Lage nördlich von Floresta am Rande von Quito mit Blick auf die umliegenden Täler und Berge.
Super Pool, Whirlpool, Sauna und Fitness Center zum Entspannen von der Stadt.
Restaurant und Frühstücksraum Techo del Mundo mit unschlagbaren Ausblick über die Stadt und Landschaft. Frühstücks Buffet sehr reichhaltig und lecker, Abendessen grosse Auswahl und sehr gut.

Cons:

Hotel etwas mit Retro Charme und z.T. in die Jahre gekommen, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Zimmer mit Teppich. Fassade zum Garten recht abgenutzt, wird aber gerade neu gestrichen.

Fantastic hotel and worth the stay!
Pros:

Awesome breakfast and pool and gym. The hotel is in a great location and it is historic. The staff is very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Terrible food and service
Pros:

The food at the restaurant in the penthouse was a buffet. There was little variety and the quality was poor. Out of 4 main plates, there was one that was ok. The rest was stale and dry. Drinks were almost non existent: tiny glasses to get water from a jar-like vase.

Salvable: they had a piano player and he was good.

The view is fantastic. But we will not go back there.

It is obvious that the current administration knows little about hospitality and service and hotel management.

Very good, but not great, but I will always have a special spot in my heart for Hotel Quito.
Pros:

The breakfast was awesome. The pool was great!

Cons:

It'd be nice to see more modern equipment in the gym, but it was okay. I was working out elsewhere anyway. Also, it'd be nice if the gym had earlier hours of operation.
