Exceptional anniversary stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! They gave us a complimentary upgrade for our anniversary. The staff were all so helpful and accommodating. We needed to leave early for a hike and they made us custom breakfast boxes that were excellent. They even made us coffees to go at 6:15am! Cannot recommend this place enough.

Pros:

Excelente localização. Staff muito atencioso. Ivan do pequeno almoço sempre muito atento e simpático. Quartos espaçosos e zona de Spa muito bem equipada também.

A great visit and a wonderful hotel in a lovely setting.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful and made our stay even more fantastic. The spa was a great way to end the day. What a view of the new sled track and the mountains. Breakfast was great. The treats for our dog were a real fun surprise.

Incredible location for a relaxing and hiking-oriented vacation
Pros:

Really great staff who were incredibly kind. Amazing breakfast buffet and good dinner options (vegetarian options as well and not just salad!). The spa area is so nice (nude area) and relaxing. They even upgraded us to a suite :-)

Cons:

The tea in the spa area was often cold. The pillows are quite hard and flat for some reason.
They exchange the towels every day ehich seems too much for me.
