L'emplacement, le bâtiment
- le manque d'élégance du personnel de réception. Pas de questionnement, aucune découverte client, niveau de langue trop standard. J'aurais pu faire un self check-in ou parler à une intelligence artificielle, ce qui aurait eu le même effet. Même chose pour le check-out. Aucune volonté d'en savoir plus sur moi ou me fidéliser.
- chambre propre mais tâches sur les murs; est-ce acceptable pour une nuit à ce tarif?
- l'épaisseur des murs: on entend les conversations des clients qui logent dans les chambres d'à-côté
- petit-déjeuner bien achalandé mais manque de service du personnel (encore) qui se contente d'un "bonjour" et d'un "au revoir" impersonnels. Le petit-déjeuner se prend dans le lieu qui sert de bar en soirée, mais pourquoi mettre de la musique rythmée dès le matin ?

The view! Friendly staff. Clean room, available slippers, robes. Late checkout offered. Wheelchair/assistance accessible. Amazing help with luggages.
Unfortunately, my stay did not meet my expectations for several reasons.
- The air conditioning was not functioning properly and the room remained warm throughout my stay.
- The room was not adequately soundproofed, and noise from outside was clearly audible.
- The minibar/fridge was stocked with alcoholic beverages despite my special request for halal-only options.
- I had requested a complimentary birthday setup, but apart from a birthday card, no other arrangement was provided.
- The bathroom sink did not drain properly, leaving water standing in the basin.
- The toilet and bathroom were separated, which made it inconvenient to use, particularly as we require access to water when using the toilet.
- In addition, the hotel's location was difficult for Uber drivers to access, making both arrival and departure inconvenient, especially when travelling with multiple pieces of luggage.
Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of the room and the service provided, as they did not match the expectations set by the hotel.
Ein Haus mit Flair - Das freundliche, hilfsbereite Personal, der Service, die hervorragende Lage, der fest reservierbare, sichere Garagenstellplatz nahe beim Hotel.
Die Zimmergröße war nicht befriedigend, die Größe des Badezimmers absolut ungenügend, der Stauraum für Gepäck nicht ausreichend - kurzum: alles ansprechend, aber viel zu klein.
