Where to start - parking not ideal, reception staff not very friendly, WiFi useless, sink blocked, rainfall shower didn’t work, bar staff slow and disinterested, breakfast staff rude and disinterested.

Hôtel réservé pour un cadeau. Le personnel s'est montré très compréhensif et a réalisé mes demandes au-delà de mes attentes. Très professionnel tout en ayant des attentions très touchantes, humaines.

They could have informed us that there was a festival on. Roads closed so no taxis. When I phoned the girl on reception said hotel was a 5 minute walk. My husband was on crutches so took us three quarters of an hour through crowds of people. I received an email saying they could order a taxi for us on the same day I spoke to reception! I received two emails saying there would be a restaurant offered a 30 euro meal. This wasn’t the case it was a very small menu. We were on the 1st floor which actually was the 2nd floor as the 1st floor was the dining area. The lift wasn’t working so all in all we did not have a very good experience!!
For once everything claimed in the description was true. We had a classic room and it was a good size, modern comfortable and quiet. The staff were very friendly and professional and the breakfast choice was good. The location is excellent with easy access to the rail station but almost in Grande Place.

The location of the hotel is everything! The size of the room was very nice too, I liked being able to open the balcony doors and listening to life happening on the streets.
The size of the bathtub is ridiculous. It’s tiny and uncomfortably squeezed into the bathroom.
