Safe, convenient location between plaza and railyard areas. Water cooler in lobby was refilled regularly.
Unclear how thoroughly rooms are turned over between guests. Refrigerator contained prior guest's half eaten food and spilled salad dressing. Missing water bottles and soap/lotion first 1-2 nights.
Not sure why by booking.com reservation (and stated price) was adjusted down by one night after our stay. We had already paid at the time we checked out for the full 6 night price per the original reservation quote.
Beautiful interior with clean rooms.
Minor wear and tear to bathroom and some bugs in bathroom.
Great location and room is huge.
Long walk to the elevator. Room key didn’t work and I went back for another key twice and only to find out battery on door lock needed recharging!
We enjoyed the spa and the pool was great. Breakfast Sunday was pretty good as well we only didn't get to enjoy the dinner at the hotel.
Shower door is in wrong place and water keeped leaking threw the door.
We love the fireplace and that they come and start it for you and the amenities and the restaurant. The pancakes are the best the bomb in the morning.
Loved all of it
The pool and spa
The hot room. We came in from a long 7 day camping road trip from Texas to Utah to New Mexico we wanted to splurge the last day on a nice hotel and sleep in a cool/cold comfortable room and comfy bed. We were very uncomfortable and hot for our ac didn't work it blew warm air. The staff did bring us a fan but never offered to switch our room. Very upsetting. We are disappointed in our stay. We were tired from our long trip that we didn't want to make a huge deal.
Location of the hotel was excellent with access to downtown tourism and great restaurants made it convenient.
Nothing.
Location
Heating and cooling system in the room did not work effectively. Very uncomfortable temperatures.
The fitness equipment was not well-maintained. The elipitacal squeaked. The pre-cor weight system was in terrible shape with cables not hooked up. The fitness room has great potential, but it needs to be serviced regularly.
There is only one reason I'm rating the Eldorado Hotel: poor; I was charged $410 for dirty sheets and towels. This was not only unfair, but excessive.
I enjoyed the hotel for it's convenient location. I thought that the breakfast were excellent and varied. The rooms were comfortable.
location was central and parking provided very helpful
No balcony or view from room
If you enjoy excellent cocktails and a personable staff, the Agave bar in the Hotel Eldorado is for you.
In particular, Sky is an amazing mixologist and wonderful to talk to.
I highly recommend this place.
It is definitely not the typical sterile hotel bar.
