Pros:

Conveniently located! The room was perfect, staff courteous, and the views were incredible! We went to the "Golden Hour" in the bar/lounge area to enjoy live Spanish guitar which was such a pleasant treat! The happy hour was perfect.

Great Stay
Pros:

Clean, well maintained. New shower head and great shower amenities. Pool is amazing, beautiful setting. Parking was very efficient and timely.

Cons:

Rounded edges on the beds stick out and we ran into them often.

a bit dissapointed this time
Pros:

love the location and the overall ambience of the hotel and the rooftop pool.

Cons:

..disappointed in the room this stay. Shower had grungy mold on the entire base of the shower stall and normally there are 2 bath/spa robes in our room in past visits. Nothing this time. Why? Also, the entire pool deck was not very well attended to ...many lounge chairs had used towels on them and no attendant to keep it tidy and usable for guests. Sloppy and unkept.

The pool was great, pillows and beds were very comfortable. Staff was very nice .

Very plain rooms , not worth the money!
Pros:

The location was great and the pool and hot tubs were very nice!

Cons:

The staff was not very friendly upon check in! The employee must have been new because she had to ask another employee about something! Room was dirty! Not what I expected for a deluxe king! Very plain. Room didn’t have a desk chair. Like the picture shows in there web site! Asked if they can bring me one. No response! Would not stay there again!
