The room I stayed in with my daughter had a problem with the shower, water was leaking out, but managed to get it sorted to some extent... The hairdryer didn't work at all but there was a spare one that was given to me that was even better...

The only thing I hated there was when couples were getting frisky you could hear everything in detail... I couldn't do anything because I didn't want to embarrass them and tuin their fun, but at the same time I wanted it to stop because she was so loud she ended up waking my daughter... Not suitable if you have young kids with you as the walls are too thin and it's not soundproof... But other than this issue everything else was perfect...

Not always changing towels but for that you have to take the towels from the hallway yourself in the morning,so not a big problem.

I did not expect the hotel to be 5 stars and I know what I paid for, but the room does not match the pictures shown on Booking.com. The pictures are not from this room category on Booking.com. In the photos there was a sea view, but in reality the view is of a building. We also heard other guests from neighboring apartments making the same comments, which means the Booking.com photos are likely a mix of images from all rooms.

Starting with the bathroom, there is mold on all the silicone between the tiles and on the sink itself. The shower cabin is not properly sealed to the tiles, so when you shower, water spreads across the entire bathroom. The bathroom fan can be heard running, but it does not actually work or extract moisture from the bathroom. During a one-week stay, the toilet was not cleaned by the hotel.

In the room, the bed legs are broken, and the chair is also missing a wheel. The air conditioner is completely clogged with dirt, and when it is turned on, pieces of dust fall out of it. It was also leaking directly into the room because the drainage hose was blocked due to lack of cleaning. The air conditioner has a strong mold smell. I reported all of this on the first night because I could not sleep due to the leaking, and the entire floor was getting wet. For four days in a row I reported the issue to the reception, and every day I was told it would be fixed. After the fourth day, when I asked to be moved to another room if they were not able to maintain their air conditioners, they came and unclogged the drainage, but they did not clean the unit, so pieces of dirt were still falling out every time the air conditioner was running.

The floor is not washed, only swept with a broom. The hotel itself is average, but the staff do not maintain it and the hotel is very neglected.

They didn"t have a baby crib at all ,even though they sad they have it all time availble.The bathroom was all time flooded because they don"t have glass-door on the shower and the seals on the shower enclosure were not sealing properly.
