Good location and service but only fair accommodation.
Pros:

Location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Cons:

In my room: no hairdryer, no microwave and no mirror except over the sink in the bathroom. Also my room smelled musty.

Was expecting it to be on the river You have to cross the street. It was under construction restaurant was limited. Beds were hard as a rock. Would not stay there again.

Clean, friendly hotel staff

Cons:

Valet lost the keys to our car, actually left them in another car that had left the property. Thankfully they returned and we were outside (2 hours later) and I overhead him saying @these aren’t my keys-ran over and pure luck there were our keys.

Front desk clerk Sunshine was awesome check in was smooth and she answered any questions l had and gave great recommendations on things around the city to do while l was in town I’ll definitely book again all because of her

$178 for one night close to riverwalk but parking is $17 there was a dog convention no one listed it was barking dogs 24/7 the entire night not worth $200 at ALL
