Pros:

깨끗하고 위치도 좋고 가격도 만족 스러워요.
특히 조용해서 참 좋았어요.이번이 세번째 머물다가 갑니다.

Cons:

욕조에 차가운물이 안나오고 뜨거운 물만 나와서 불편했는데 체크 아웃할때 알려 드렸어요.
아마도 고장이 났던것 같아요.그리고 모든것이 좋습니다.

Guest hanging outside in the front making lots of noise . Customer service ( night/ morning ) needs much improvement. The hot water was lukewarm warm and the heat didn’t work at all.

Very pleased.
Pros:

Loved the cleanliness and location of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

I originally booked a room through booking requesting 2 queen beds. When we got to the room there was only one bed. Went back down to the front desk and the gentleman was very responsive in explaining that the app sometimes miscommunicates with their actual system for the hotel. He quickly resolved the situation and put us in a different room immediately.

Pleasant and Purposeful...Front End Check In Nice and Easy, with Celene working Counter.
Pros:

Breakfast Was Sufficient. Oatmeal was Well prepared...Coffee was Hot...Brought my own non dairy milk and yogurt...
Worker was ready available to answer questions, watch for Spills & Replenish Food.

Not comfortable at all
Pros:

There was a lot of African customers that were staying on the lobby till really late at night and being really noisy, the same customers were touching the food on the breakfast with their hands and no using the proper tools , i dont want to eat some bread that someone is bending touching with their hands , it wasn’t the hotel fault but the hotel employees should be involved on whats going on in the building.

It was not my best stay but surely not my worst.
Pros:

Breakfast was the highlight of the stay.

Cons:

The front office staff in the afternoon he was so rude or maybe overwhelmed be it made my stay very uncomfortable. I asked him for extra towels due to using what we had in the room for the pool, he then replied no he no had no more.And when we first arrived we ask him where can we get the luggage cart, he then said it's back there but I'm not going to get it omg that was my first impression of him and sadly the hold time his face disposition remained the same. The hall way and room smelled like dog and smoke. Although it's a smoke free hotel. It was clearly a disappointment we left very early that morning we couldn't wait to leave, I will not return. They need new staff and a better cleaning crew. And limit how many room you can accommodate for the dogs.
