Mottakelsen opplevde jeg som veldig stresset. Superiorrommet sto ikke til forventningene.
Ingen utsikt. Ingen tlf til resepsjon. Ingen skrivepult. Der var bestilt sjokolade,blomster og prosecco og et kort som skulle være en overraskelse til min 60 års dag. Det var kun prosecco. Jeg hadde reservert tid i svømmebassenget. Det var ikke notert. Det var et utdrikkingslag i bassenget,så det var umulig å få bevegt seg.
Middagen var ikke til forventningene.
Jeg ble overrasket over at andre hadde basseng og mat i prisen. Som var langt under vår pris. Vi betalte 280,- for bassenget som vi ikke fikk benyttet.
Under en av madrassen i senga var det to blå plasthansker.
