upsetting due to the fact that I ended up paying booking.com and the hotel for my stay.
Pros:

Although I ran into booking issues, I was happy with my room.

Cons:

I pre-paid my stay through booking.com, however, when I checked in, I was told by the front desk that no payment was showing for my stay. I showed my confirmation email from booking.com but the front desk clerk told me I needed to pay directly to the hotel in order for me and my wife to stay and to call booking.com to resolve any issues. I was very upset because there should be better communication between the hotel and any third-party booking facility involved.

Pros:

The hotel, room, and location.

Cons:

They charged me again after I paid through a third party, Booking.com. Called twice to clear thing up but was only told they'll look into if but it never got resolved.
