One of the best hotels in Paris
Pros:

I had an amazing experience in this hotel, I felt warm like home, the style, decoration, location and kindness of the staff made this visit exceptional. Definitely I am going to stay here every time I visit Paris and I truly recommend the hotel for any one looking for a five star hotel with affordable price.

Where do I start

We stayed for four nights in an executive room—very expensive—but from night one, the air conditioning didn’t work. When we asked for help, the staff were rude and unhelpful, and told us there was nothing they could do. No manager was reachable, and the attitude never improved. After we escalated the matter to booking is when the they moved us to another room, and it was not any better the room smelled awful like animals were living there, and the air conditioning still didn’t work. We had booked multiple rooms, and none met expectations. The cleanliness wasn’t up to a luxury standard, and no compensation was offered. Even the elevators were faulty—one kept breaking, the other outdated. Overall, a terrible experience we wouldn’t repeat or recommend.

ascenseur en panne, pas de plateforme pour regarder des films à la TV; salle de bain TRES bruyante (soufflerie), un filet d'eau à la douche, ... pas du tout le standing attendu. Un seul poin,t positif : qualité du personnel

A/C is terrible. Overpriced room but good location.

Cons:

Given the price we paid, we were disappointed with the overall state of the hotel. It was old and drab but the worst part was the air conditioning was AWFUL. We were in the middle of a heat wave so it was extra disappointing.
