Stay here every time we’re in Cocoa Beach
Pros:

We come to Cocoa often since it’s less than 3 hours from home which makes it the perfect staycation and we always stay at this property. We absolutely love it!

Short and sour!
Pros:

The location to the port. If you’re cruising it’s a great location.

Cons:

No elevators for a $250 a night. Only ocean view rooms had access to elevators. To carry luggage up 12 stairs is ludicrous.

Our toilet wouldn’t flush nor did the bathroom door handle work. We called front desk they sent a maintenance man but never logged it. We waited for a hour. Left to eat dinner. Was gone for about 2 hours. Came back decided to flush the toilet manually w cups of water. Then showered and went to bed then here at 11p after we traveled all day knocking at the door from maintenance asking us did we want to pack up and move. We were in the bed. The front desk didn’t know a thing. The manager is amazing!!! Even though the issue wasn’t corrected while we were there she
Was compassionate and very sorry she didn’t know anything about the issues.

Pros:

I could walk to the beach, close to alot of restaurants, and the staff was very friendly

Cons:

The carpet and room was very outdated and our AC kept cutting off and never cooled our room,they also need to add 1 more washer and dryer for the entolire building because 1 is not enough..

We loved our stay and will return!
Pros:

Everything! the room was ocean front and the view was beautiful. Also we were there the night that a Spacex spaceship was launched and we saw it from our balcony…wonderful. Breakfast also just great and bountiful.

Cons:

Provisions for disabled customers. I have a Walker and found it difficult to get around many areas.

Would book again!
Pros:

Great location right on the beach/next to the pier. Lots of buildings make up the hotel and we were in the one with a great size pool and the breakfast room. Room was very spacious. Comfortable beds. The kitchen area had everything we needed for the short stay. Excellent range of breakfast items. Kids loved the waffle machine! Staff were very helpful at check in and let us know when our room was ready early. We also requested a ground floor room which they did for us so overall fantastic experience. Highly recommend for either a beach getaway or a quick stay before heading to the cruise terminal.

Pros:

Vi bodde här 4 nätter, med familjen (2 vuxna och två tonåringar). Perfekt storlek på rummet! Det var nästan som en liten lägenhet med ett stort sovrum och ett tv-rum med köksdel (micro och kyl). Vi hade havsutsikt åt båda håll och ca 200m till stranden. Det fanns flera restauranger inom gångavstånd och även en livsmedelsbutik. Parkering fanns precis utanför boendet. Gott om platser, till en extra kostnad.

Bra frukost, fantastiskt trevlig personal!

Vi hade också turen att få uppleva en raketuppskjutning under tiden vi var där. Närheten till Kennedy Space Center gjorde att vi kunde stå på stranden och se uppskjutningen.

Great beach hotel!
Pros:

Good location for the beach. Clean spacious room; they said they had upgraded it at check-in. Quick response to housekeeping and refreshed towels.

Cons:

Only concern I had was a question about whether some of the breakfast fare was gluten free, as I have celiac disease.Staff did not seem sure, and there were not a lot of options.

This is a good hotel in a great location.

The rooms were clean. The hotel is very close to the beach and pier which was great. The free breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly.
