Pros:

El trato super amable, el inglés no es mi primera lengua y que grata sorpresa de que la joven en recepción sabía español. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca súper ricos y un supermercado al cruzar la calle, lo cual nos vino de maravilla. No pudimos recorrer la playa ya que nos quedamos 1 día, esperamos volver a ir.

Hacía bastante frío en la habitación, no logramos subir la temperatura

The location, THAT'S ALL!!

Cons:

The rooms were disgusting! It smelled like they sprayed with bug spray right before we got there. Also, everything was wet, furniture and carpet. It's like dew was on everything. Most importantly there was black and brown things all over the bed closet to the sliding glass doors.

I love the access to the beach...love the location. Love that we were by all the restaurants and stores. I love cocoa beach. I loved the space we got in our room. The pool and its area is very nice. I also love the view from our room. The staff is really nice also...always on point.

Cons:

We have been coming to cocoa beach yearly for many years now, and we always stay at best western because it is convenient for cruising. We have noticed with our last few stays that nothing seems updated...this last time being the worst. Everything is the exact same as every year we come. You have to shoulder in to every door just to get in, they stick so bad....every time. The bathrooms are getting worse....when taking a shower water sprays out of the faucet and when you turn off the faucet it continues to drip for awhile...the bathroom is clean but is just so old that it doesn't look clean...like dingy. . It's like that thru the whole room. The carpets have that slightly sticky feel. The whole room looks like it hasn't been changed in YEARS. When we come to best western every year, we get the same room type. Nothing looks different about them at all. It seems the price gets a little bit higher but the rooms get more worn. When flushing the toilet u have to pray it goes down...it does..but it is very slow to flush. Breakfast was not good..i realize you cant expect a lot with hotel breakfasts but everything was just not good, i had to go out to breakfast instead. I love staying at best western in cocoa beach and never complain about our room, but with this latest stay, I'm seriously considering changing up our next year's stay because im paying a good amount for the rooms but they r so worn, I dont feel it should be as much as it is. Im torn.

La vista es excelente 👌, pienso volver pronto.

Cons:

En la piscina no podemos consumir otra bebida que no sea del bar de la instalación. Pienso que no interfiera que el huésped lleve su propia bebida para consumir lo que desee.

Las instalaciones están bien y el Pier de Cocoa Beach está al lado. Es un alojamiento muy bueno para ir en familia. Muy tranquilo.

Cons:

Estuvimos alojados 5 días (4 noches) y no limpiaron la habitación ninguna vez, a pesar de que pasábamos gran parte del día fuera del hotel. El desayuno es poco variado.
