Great location, right in the city center, walking distance from places we planned to visit. Staff is very professional and friendly, rooms are spacious and clean. Would chose to stay here again when in Milan.

Die Lage ist einfach super. Alles ist locker in Reichweite und für weite Strecken ist die U-Bahn direkt vor der Nase. Zimmer war geräumig und entsprach der Beschreibung. Das Frühstück sticht jetzt nicht besonders hervor, war aber ganz ok. Auch das Restaurant war weltklasse. Die haben sich die Sterne wirklich verdient. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Sauberkeit des Badezimmers. Dieses ist schon mit deutlichen, ich nenn es mal Gebrauchsspuren gezeichnet. Die Bar hätte auch etwas länger offen haben können. Schon vor 22:00 Uhr ist hier Feierabend. Wer also den Dom bei Dunkelheit fotografieren will (sehr lohnenswert) und dannach gemütlich noch in der Bar den Abend ausklingen lassen möchte, bleibt auf dem trockenen...
Staff at the front desk were very helpful - I believe it was Dennis and Virginia. Room was nice and bed comfortable. Plenty of storage. Breakfast excellent. Great location, right on a Metro stop and buses convenient to restaurants.

Very disappointing experience – poor service and extremely noisy room
We booked our room through booking and upon check-in, the hotel told us they were upgrading us to a bigger room. Unfortunately, the “upgrade” turned out to be a terrible choice because the room was located directly next to the bus and tram lines. The noise was extremely loud throughout the day and night, and we could barely sleep.
When we asked reception if we could change rooms, we were told that room changes could only be made before 12 p.m. because otherwise the hotel would “lose the sale” of the room to other customers. We found this response extremely disappointing. There seemed to be more concern about selling the room to another guest than about taking care of an existing paying guest who was unable to sleep.
After repeatedly asking, they eventually said they could change our room around 4–5 p.m. By that point, we already had plans outside and had lost most of the day waiting for a solution. In the end, we decided to stay in the same room and simply put up with the noise for the remaining two nights.
The breakfast experience was also disappointing. The woman managing the breakfast area was extremely rude and unwelcoming. From the moment she saw us, we felt that we were treated differently because there were only two of us and were given an unpleasant seating arrangement. The coffee machine was not working, and there were no eggs available. Instead of trying to make the situation better, her attitude made the experience even more unpleasant.
We also had an issue with room service. We were told at reception that room service was available until 10:30 p.m., so we called at around 10:15p.m. to place an order. We were then told being rushed while trying to order saying “we’ll close in a few minutes” while we were trying to ask for best sellers, and there was 15 minutes left.
