Location and friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast
The bed was high and very hard and rooms . Also room could do with a facelift
La ubicación es perfecta para caminar por el centro histórico, el personal que nos atendió en recepción maravilloso, en todo momento nos atendieron muy bien, que si necesitamos algo que se lo dijéramos, nos hablaron en español, en fin el personal muy atento y servicial desde el señor que te abre la puerta, el de recepción como el personal que atendía el desayuno.

En el cuarto de baño la bañera está alta y tiene solo una puerta de mampara, tienes que ir con cuidado al ducharte porque sino el suelo se puede llevar fácilmente de agua .
La TV tiene muchos canales pero no encontré ninguno en español.

Le soir et l’emplacement c’est super proche de tout.
La salle de bain trop petite et la douche c’est mal faite.. Très propre mais ça pourrait être rénové
We had a wonderful stay. Davide at reception was excellent and gave us very helpful advice on how to make the most of our short time in Milan. We also greatly appreciated the upgrade to a Junior Suite while celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary.
A special thank you also to Ernesto, the General Manager, who kindly arranged macarons for us to enjoy that evening. It was a thoughtful and much appreciated gesture.

Great location so close to Doumo cathedral and shopping street, also Brera area just near by walking distance. Safe area to walk and live. They did upgrade our room which was so kind from the Hotel side. Room was big and had everything you would be needed, small toiletries set up in the bathroom was so useful. Breakfast was 10 out of 10 so many options and variety will suits for anybody ,complimentary prosecco for breakfast was amazing Add On to all the experience.
