Cons:

Charged $12 for parking. This was not mentioned anywhere while booking.

Asked for an extra blanket for my 85 year old mother and they didn't have one. Ridiculous that a HOTELcan't accommodate such a basic request.

Well done to Marriott for helping the destitute
Pros:

I understand the problem we have with destitute people who need shelter. I applaud Marriott for providing housing to our least advantaged. And yet, the poor conditions of the property, the detritus both inside the rooms and outside make it difficult for me to give them a high rating. If you want to spend time in a place that has trash and destitute folks living next door to you, this is the place to stay. Otherwise I might suggest you look elsewhere, I am sorry to say.

Lost & Found Policy- Not Applicable- Mismanaged Housekeeping
Pros:

I left a few personal items in my room worth $80 to $100. I called within an hour after check out to retrieve them. The hotel manager Tova stated the housekeeping manager Ximora was unavailable and that I would receive a call the next day. No one ever called, and when I called to follow up, I was told that my items were never returned which would suggest they were stolen by housekeeping or discarded. Their lost and found policy states all housekeeping employees are required to return personal items to the lost and found so they can be stored for 30 days.

Ximora minimized the situation and when I asked for the corporate office number to file a complaint she said she did not know the information. Odd statement for the head of housekeeping.

This complaint is solely based on business expectations and ensuring your employees are following company policy and not creating a liability for the establishment.

Poor service, unprofessional responses, lack of follow through and mismanagement.

Try to find an alternate location.

In town for family baby shower
Pros:

The staff were amazing, the food was decent, would be better with more fresh fruit options available.

Cons:

The beds were pretty hard, not a lot of give. Uncle stated his wasnt real comfortable either. Comfortable beds are important when paing a premier price. Which I felt we were.

Pros:

The area is quiet and safe. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel is only a little ways from Downtown Woodinville where there are several places to eat and other amenities. Great place to stay.

Cons:

We were surprised to learn that they charge $12.00 a day for parking. Parking should be included in the room cost. Also, I didn’t see anything on the site that said they charge for parking. Kind of sneaky!

Pros:

Comfortable lounge with fireplace and coffee available.

Breakfast was good and servers very helpful.

Cons:

We got a room with the fireplace, expected a gas fireplace. A real wood fireplace was not a reasonable choice. Had to buy wood and then close flu when done since it was in 30’s at night. Maybe I missed it, but you should say it is a wood fireplace.

Decent little place, but I would have expected slightly lower rates.
Pros:

Loved the studio with kitchen and even a microwave and garbage disposal!

Cons:

Better cleaning and vacuuming. There was hair by the soaps in the shower and a bottle cap on the floor of my room.
