Rustige ligging

Cons:

Afval werd traag opgeruimd.
In 3 nachten werd kamer geen enkele keer schoongemaakt terwijl we geen bordje op deur hadden hangen dat we dit niet wilden. Bij receptie kregen we maar 2 handdoeken mee.

Great stay for the money and location
Pros:

Room was fantastic for 3 women with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms lol. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Good restaurants and wineries close by

For not being clean — or regularly cleaned for that matter — this place really shouldn’t have 3-star status. Idk who gav
Pros:

I thought the property from the pictures would be clean, and would be cleaned regularly since allegedly it’s a 3-star hotel. I learn that $2k plus dollars later that the room only gets cleaned on the 3RD day of the stay. And they didn’t even do that. They only changed bedsheets in one room when I asked for that to happen. No cleaning of bathrooms or changing sheets in the other room of the suite ever happened. To top it off we had SO many mosquitoes and beetles in our room.

Cons:

I didn’t like the insect infestation in the room, the fact that they never thoroughly cleaned our room once during our stay. The fact that to use their garbage conference room. I was expected to pay north of $400 to use the room. And I had to pay $12/day for parking that I noticed homeless people were already parking in the same lot for free. Not to mention countless overturned trash cans on the property.

Charged $12 for parking. This was not mentioned anywhere while booking.

Asked for an extra blanket for my 85 year old mother and they didn't have one. Ridiculous that a HOTELcan't accommodate such a basic request.

Well done to Marriott for helping the destitute
Pros:

I understand the problem we have with destitute people who need shelter. I applaud Marriott for providing housing to our least advantaged. And yet, the poor conditions of the property, the detritus both inside the rooms and outside make it difficult for me to give them a high rating. If you want to spend time in a place that has trash and destitute folks living next door to you, this is the place to stay. Otherwise I might suggest you look elsewhere, I am sorry to say.
