Does not match photos - it’s very tired inside
The location in Paris was perfect! The hotel was definitely one I would book again! The rooms were comfortable and clean!
Location was incredible, breakfast was very nice and the menu, while limited was great enough for me to have the same thing for dinner three nights in a row!😊
Room was a bit small albeit very well laid out
konum ve çalışanların güler yüzlü olması
Banyonın Kapısı camlı olması çok kötü
Location and friendly staff.
Smell in bathroom was unpleasant.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Service was amazing. Nabil was so kind and accommodating to our family. Location is wonderful! Would love to stay here again.
When you think of Paris, you think of beauty, elegance and class. Those are all qualities that define Chateau des Fleurs. It is everything you'd expect from a five-star property.
Although we were only there for two nights and didn't have time to sample all the amenities, especially the spa, everything about our stay -- from the cozy lobby with its beautiful furningings to our luxurious, well-appointed boudoir room, the quirky door handles and fringed key fobs, and the full-service bar where enjoyed a tasty nightcap -- were absolutely first class.
As impressive as the hotel itself is, including its location just one block off the Champs Elysee and convenient to restaurants, shopping, the Metro and everything else in Paris, the staff is what makes it truly special. My wife and I were treated like royalty by literally everyone we encountered.
They provided us with an experience that truly enhanced a memorable and enjoyable, though much too short, stay in Paris! We enthusiastically recomment Chateau des Fleurs and hope to return again for a longer stay soon!
Overall, the hotel was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. The building is charming and well maintained. We found the staff mostly quite friendly and helpful but found for some reason this changed to quite a different tone as soon as we checked out. We asked to leave our bags at the hotel for a few hours as we had some time before catching our train. We sensed a reluctance to do this from the reception staff (despite this being a very normal request that is readily accommodated by any other hotel we have stayed at, let alone one of this supposed standard). On collecting our bags, the reception staff again seemed quite unhappy to have to collect the bags for us and we were made to feel slightly judged for this despite it, again, being a very standard service offered by any reputable hotel. My partner then used the bathroom prior to us departing at which time I helped myself to the water and 2 of the provided sweets in the lobby. I noticed a man on reception (who I believe may have actually been the manager) shake his head as I did this before later muttering to his colleague that I should not have taken these unless I had ordered a coffee (he clearly did not realise I speak French and so could understand him). These sweets are left out in full public view in the lobby so it is an entirely reasonable assumption in a supposedly luxury hotel that they are complimentary. If this is not the case, that is fine, however, it either needs to be signposted clearly or your staff are welcome to notify customers of this politely rather than speaking behind their back. This rudeness falls below the standard we would expect even from a budget hotel, let alone one that claims to pride itself on luxury and customer service. We then left for our train without even a goodbye from the staff, let alone any assistance with our bags or the door. It is a shame that our trip ended like this as otherwise the stay was enjoyable and this left a bitter taste in our mouths and tainted our perception of the trip. I have never made a complaint about a hotel ever in the past so I do not feel I am being unreasonable to expect better here given the price point of this hotel. I would suggest that the staff (or manager) are encouraged to treat customers better and informed that their duty of service and politeness should extend beyond the exact moment of checkout if the hotel would like to be considered competitive amongst the numerous other high end hotels in Paris. For this reason alone and given the huge number of other options for luxury hotels in the city where it is likely we would be treated better, we would unfortunately not return to Château des Fleurs and could not recommend this hotel to friends.
Hotel with an excellent location, just a few minutes from the metro and the main shopping areas, which makes getting around Paris extremely easy.
From arrival, the service was very good. The porter was especially attentive, helping with our luggage upon entry. Check-in was quick and simple, which is much appreciated after traveling. The staff who accompanied us to the room were also very kind and professional.
During our stay, we asked for restaurant recommendations and the reception staff were very helpful, suggesting a place and making the reservation for us, which made the experience even more comfortable.
We stayed in a superior room, which was spacious, beautiful, and comfortable for two people, offering a very pleasant space for a relaxing stay.
Upon departure, the porter was again attentive to our taxi to the airport and our luggage, maintaining a very helpful attitude throughout the stay. Overall, the staff were friendly at all times, which makes a big difference and makes this a hotel I would definitely choose again for future trips to Paris.
A gem of a hotel and perfect home base for exploring Paris. This hotel offers a charming stay with clean and comfortable rooms. The location is close to the Metro, giving you easy access to all of Paris. An easy walk to the Effiel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe provide highlights. The hotel breakfast host, Hanif was fabulous and friendly! This is a highly recommended place to stay in Paris.
