Among the worst places I have ever stayed at.
Pros:

The front desk person was pleasant and competant.

Cons:

Room was loud from road noise. The bed sheets had grit. The towels were stained. The bathroom was full of rust, the tub looked frightening. The door had accumulated dirt around the doorknob and the adjacent paint. The price was outrageously inflated due to graduation weekend but the parking lot had many empty spots and I saw few other guests. The breakfast area was closed due to what looked like a fire-destroyed adjacent room that was blocked off by tape but was completely open. Looked like a scene from a horror movie. Breakfast was a brown bag with a juice box, a danish, and a rice crispy treat.

I will pay double to stay anywhere. But one of these facilities again

Cons:

Requested handicapped accessible room got 2nd floor room when I point it out, it wasn't tandep. Accessible on the second floor I was told that's all I got.Take it or leave it
Smelled of smoke. Floor was dirty. Cigarette burns on bathtub. No handicapped rail on bathtub

Pros:

This was the worst place we've stayed at.

Cons:

It smelled like cigarettes, there was a roach on the table. The floors were filthy and the toilet leaked all over the floor. They put us in another room that was supposed to be non smoking and it reeked of cigarettes too. We couldn't take our shoes off because the floors were so dirty. We were in town for a wedding and everything was booked so we no other place to stay.
