Pros:

The breakfast was great! Lots of options. The staff was super friendly. The porch and patio was nice with geese and ducks that you could hand feed. Overall a great stay!

The only thing I didn't like is we didn't have a balcony room

I liked our balcony being private and on the river with the view of the mountains and the river.I liked the option of eating breakfast with the same view. The hospitality with cookies and popcorn was great.

Cons:

I think there could be more outlets in the room with more space to get ready when you have more people .

Always a family favorite
Pros:

This inn is always a favorite. Great location and great activities for the kids. The kids don't want to stay anywhere else. This inn has games, cocoa and popcorn at night, and 2 pools. Always a pleasure to come here.

The Inn on the River...totally the BEST !
Pros:

What a wonderful stay at The INN on the RIVER !!! Totally exceeded our expectations. Our balcony room overlooking the river was beautiful & restful. Breakfast was beyond amazing with a wide variety of deliciousness ! To our delight there was refreshing cucumber water & cookies in the afternoon.... and popcorn & hot chocolate in the evening to enjoy. The staff were friendly & helpful. We love Pigeon Forge and we LOVE The INN on the RIVER ! We can hardly wait to return and enjoy the INN again !

Wonderful hotel!
Pros:

Wonderful experience! The room was clean, bed comfortable, plenty of hot water and water pressure. The staff members were excellent. Breakfast was great. We enjoyed the river view and wildlife from our balcony as well as from the outdoor eating area. The fire pit with rocking chairs was very nice. There were many extra amenities and special touches. We felt well cared for.
My husband’s only complaint was the “John Wayne” toilet paper! lol
Looking forward to our next visit!

Quiet , clean , would book again.
Pros:

Breakfast was great especially when bacon was available. Staff very helpful.

Cons:

Beds were passible. Not quite as comfortable as some but better than others. Room was clean. Would rather had no carpet room as in the hallway. Bath shower dripped so kept the door closed to prevent dripping noise which sufficed. Overall still a good choice.
