So much more than a chain hotel. Sitting on the edge of the river, it feels like you are in this wooded area, even though the business of Pigeon Forge is all around you. With all the perks (2 pools, cookies and popcorn to nibble on, huge breakfast bar} you feel like you're really at your grandmother's house, being taken care of by people who love you, and want to make you happy.
This place never disappoints! The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The hotel was very clean, breakfast delicious, hot tub a Godsend after a big day of shopping. Both inside and outside pools were great. Would highly recommend!!
enjoy just being there, sitting by the river feeding the ducks and geese; watching the cranes and herons (birds). I enjoy and appreciate the treats (cookies) and snacks (popcorn) that you offer daily. I enjoyed the craft activity that is offered too. Everyone is nice and helpful. The facility is very clean, quiet, and inviting. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. The grounds are well kept and landscaped. Offers 2 swimming pools and a jacuzzi/hot tub for your enjoyment. The breakfast buffet is delicious and it has something for everyone. This is definitely my pick for a hotel to stay in when visiting Pigeon Forge, TN; it's centralized to popular shows and activities with competitive rates (great value for the money).
Wonderful location, excellent breakfast
I couldn't stay longer
Room was so nice over looking the river. Staff were so kind excellent customer service.

Lighting over the coffee maker
Loved the hotel and the staff were lovely, location was great so much more to do in pigeon forge than we realised.
The landscaping was beautiful they had several places you could sit by the river and relax. Close to everything,Staff was very pleasant a lot of room inside and out to eat breakfast. Beds were very comfortable ,walk in shower was great. And maintenance was out every morning cleaning up. And one neat thing was the bible was open and had a prayer printed for your stay. Whoever is in charge of this hotel is was great to religious options around. Could of used a comfortable chair in room
Reading people’s reviews said the breakfast was good well it really was just like any other hotel same options no real eggs, sausages every day where’s the bacon and one day we didn’t get down there till 9:30 and everything was pretty much gone and they didn’t even fill everything back up and there was a lot of people still wanting to eat.
Absolutely pleased with our stay. The staff were very friendly. The families and visitors were also very friendly. The lobby was pleasant and the inside/outside seating area by the River was very relaxing and calming to sit and have afternoon coffee while watching a squirrel and a family of mallards. The kids loved feeding the ducks with the food provided. The hotel and rooms are clean and very well maintained. We were pleased with the variety of breakfast selection and the length of time available was great. Coffee being available at all hours was wonderful. We were able to grab coffee when leaving at 5am. I am not crazy about hotels but this hotel was a pleasant added attraction to our vacation.
