Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Stela Center e nel complesso l'esperienza è stata positiva. La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, a pochi passi da Piazza Scanderbeg. Il personale alla reception è sempre disponibile, un ringraziamento particolare va a Teo, simpatico e gentile. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e dotata di un letto molto comodo. Ci sono però alcuni aspetti da migliorare, come l'assenza della cassaforte e di un appendiugamani, e la colazione, che meriterebbe un po' di attenzione in più soprattutto per quanto riguarda la scelta della parte dolce

Pros:

-la stanza era ben spaziosa, ben arredata, super pulita, moderna, letti super comodi
-staff molto cordiale e gentile
-presenza del parcheggio (a pagamento ma in una città come Tirana è davvero necessario)

Cons:

-la colazione era molto più tendente al salato che al dolce, noi ci siamo stati solo per una giornata quindi non è stato un problema

Cons:

It is not a hotel, we carried our luggage 3 floors, no elevator and no bellman or any one to help.

Breakfast is less than 2 stars for five days we eat the same 2 eegs and piece of cheese with the remainder being served the following day and no desserts.

The big surprise there is no boiler or coffee and tea facility in the room and the receptionist believed that this is the 4 star facilities.

La ubicación es buena y el personal de recepción muy amable

Cons:

No hay agua caliente. Fuimos en dos fechas con 12 días de diferencia. El primer día nos dijeron que era un fallo y que lo tenían que arreglar. Al llegar la segunda vez, preguntamos si estaba solucionado y nos dijeron que sí, pero no fue así.
Además las duchas de las dos habitaciones no tenían puerta y había muebles del baño estropeados
