Pros:

La struttura gode di una posizione centrale e strategica, particolarmente comoda sia per i collegamenti da e per l’aeroporto tramite autobus, sia per visitare agevolmente le principali attrazioni della città.
Gli ambienti si sono dimostrati puliti e ben curati, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Un ulteriore punto di forza è rappresentato dallo staff, sempre cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

L’hotel viene pubblicizzato come una struttura a 4 stelle, ma in realtà risulta classificato come 3 stelle, creando aspettative che non vengono pienamente soddisfatte.
La colazione è risultata poco varia e non particolarmente abbondante. Inoltre, diversi prodotti terminati durante il servizio non venivano sempre reintegrati tempestivamente, limitando ulteriormente la scelta degli ospiti. L’offerta era prevalentemente orientata al salato, con una selezione di prodotti dolci piuttosto ridotta.

Das Zimmer war gut und sauber. Das Bett war auch sehr gut. Die Lage war prima alles gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Leider war es eine Katastrophe einen Parkplatz zu finden, bis wir durch Zufall ein Parkhaus ganz in der Nähe gefunden haben. Dann war alles gut.

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Konumu merkeze yakındı.

Cons:

Kahvaltı ve hizmet berbattı. Kahvaltı büfesindeki ürünler hem çeşit olarak hem de miktar olarak çok azdı. Kahvaltı saati bitmeden ekmek bitti ve talep etmemize rağmen ekmeğimiz kalmadı yapacak bir şey yok dediler. Ayrıca otelde tadilat devam ediyordu, odalar yenilenmiş olmasına rağmen ekipmanlar henüz tamamlanmamıştı. Odalarda ne su ısıtıcısı ne sandalye ne de havluları asacak tek bir askı vardı.

Staff was great but it should downgrade to 3 star. Overpriced for what it was offering.

This is not a 4 star hotel if so it’s overpriced. No kettle, coffee in room, tv not working , ac not working, poor breakfast always run out.

A very uncomfortable stay made worse by poor management and lack of basic customer service.

Cons:

We stayed at this property for two nights, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. On the first day, the air conditioning in our room was not working despite the outside temperature being around 30°C. We immediately informed the staff, but they were unable to fix the issue and had to contact both the hotel manager and owner. Shockingly, neither seemed concerned about resolving the problem.

We were told that the entire floor was facing the same AC issue, but since no previous guests had complained, it had not been repaired. We requested a refund due to the uncomfortable conditions, but this was refused. The hotel didn’t even provide a fan as an alternative.

The AC was finally repaired the next day around 3 PM, but by then we had already spent a sleepless and extremely uncomfortable night in the heat. Overall, the lack of urgency, poor customer service, and unwillingness to address guest concerns made this a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel to others.
