We would definitely come back!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent, from the great location and cleanliness to the delicious breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would recommend this hotel to others.

Cons:

Wi-Fi was quite weak and the internet connection was not always reliable.

L’emplacement idéal, très belle vue chambre au 7 ieme étage avec ascenseur 😁 personnel très sympathique et petit déjeuner d’enfer( un grand merci aux dames qui nous servent et desservent ) et merci pour le ménage de la chambre tous les matins 🙏🏻

Sehr zentrale Lage um Brüssel zu entdecken.

Cons:

Stühle im Frühstücksbereich wirkten sehr ungepflegt. Insgesamt wirkt das Mobiliarin die Jahre gekommen

Pas de parking, sauf un parking souterrain payant et très cher, indépendant de l’hôtel 

Bruyant, 

j’entends les portes claquées, le voisin gémir et tousser. Le personnel à 8 h fait comprendre qu'il serait temps de se lever...

Café d’appoint 

Compliqué de remplir la bouilloire, elle ne passe que couchée entre le lavabo et la robinetterie. Elle n’est donc que très mal remplie

Il n’y a que des dosettes de café. Pas de thé, pas chocolat.

Une seule prise électrique, pour la lampe de chevet, près du lit

Heureusement que j’avais anticipé et amené une double prise.

Tv

Les applications, type Netflix, ne sont pas à jour. Il est compliqué de s’y retrouver 

En cas

Il n’y a qu'un distributeur poussif, avec un choix très restreint.


Lorsque je suis arrivé dans la chambre, la température était de 25°C, la clim était éteinte. Je suis arrivé après 16h, soit bien après les 14h indiquée


Le personnel (réceptionniste) c'est le seul point positif.


Ce n’est pas un hôtel 3 étoiles, mais plus proche d’une étoile. Les hôtels Kiriad font mieux.

Je trouve l’hôtel très chère par rapport à toutes les prestations. 

J’avais une chambre, pour une personne, avec un lit simple. Mais la différence de prix entre ce petit lit et un double n’est pas très importante 


Alors, peut-être n’ai-je pas tout vu, mais j’aurais dû.

Ottimo soggiorno nel cuore di Bruxelles
Pros:

L’hotel si trova in un’ottima posizione, vicina al centro di Bruxelles ma fuori dal caos della grand place. Tutte le attrazioni principali si raggiungono a piedi. La stanza è ampia e pulita, la colazione è abbondante e di qualità. Comodo anche il parcheggio.

Localizarea, f aproape de metrou cu acces facil spre gara și Atomic. apoi faptul ca persoana de servici a fost conștiincioasă și a curat camera și ne a furnizat cele necesare pt baie
