Location is good for work, but bad value-for-money
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and my room on the 6th floor mostly quiet (shielded from road and elevator noise, but the doors to other doors of nearby rooms were very loud when being closed).

Cons:

This hotel has seen better days and the rooms are clearly in need of some renovation. For nearly 170€ per night (with all business and Genius discounts applied), value for money is very poor.

Hotel in buona posizione per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Subito all’uscita si trova la stazione della metropolitana.

Cons:

È molto difficile per una persona con difficoltà a camminare poter raggiungere la sala colazione al primo piano. Non esiste un ascensore per arrivarci

Great location to see Brussels
Pros:

Location, friendly staff and very helpful.

Cons:

Can be very noisy, was staying next to the breakfast room and could here lots of noise of chairs moving trollies etc from around 5:30am.
Also stayed facing the road and can be noisy from traffic and people in the street, which unfortunately the hotel can not control.

Cons:

Hôtel ultra vieillot, mobilier abîmé qui se doit d’être remplacé. Chambres au 8eme étage complètement isolées en passant par l’escalier de service. Tout devrait être rénové.

Personale, rengøring, morgenmad og værelse er i helt orden.

Cons:

Ældre hotel, som er lidt slidt, men OK. Elevatoren er man dog ikke helt tryg ved. Den er lille og gammel. Vi havde dog ingen problemer med den.
Af småproblemer kan nævnes manglende bundprop i håndvask (man kan tabe småting ned i afløbet) og dårlig afløb fra samme.
