The building is in need of maintenance: there are many old and obsolete components: sanitary ware, locks, etc.). The sheets and towels are very old.

Старые номера, жуткий запах плесени, постельное белье в желтых пятнах, дверь в туалет не закрывается, стены и пол требуют срочного ремонта, на них плесень ! Над душевой кабинкой в потолке огромная дыра, ночью пошел дождь и вода сливалась на пол, из-за шума спать было невозможно

The fact that the staff is friendly they helped me a lot

Cons:

Wanted to boil water for tea but the kettle had rust inside and the show floor wasn't clean, then water jus went out in the middle of taking a shower and when it rained the water was inside my room fridge was not cooling my water

Not a destination for anyone travelling for work or holiday, it is a very low cost stay.
Pros:

Unsafe area - unsafe parking and in general it feels vey unclean.

Cons:

The whole building and overall safety seemed lacking, the place seemed dirty and smelled very strange.
