La chambre 226 ou m'attendait un petit panier et un service eau croquettes pour mon petit chien !

Le petit déjeuner était plus que parfait, avec beaucoup de choix (fromage, légume, oeufs brouillés, lard, saucisses, crêpes, croissants, pain chocolat, céréales, choix de thés etc etc et la salle du petit déjeuner très bien gérée par 2 personnes à votre service. L'atmosphère de cet hotel est magnifique, paisible, grandiose, un moment de sérénité complète sur leur terrasse avec la magnifique fontaine et à 2 pas du centre d'Avignon en plus avec plein de boutiques autour telles que Sephora, Lush, H&M, Fragonnard, etc etc Un séjour inoubliable dans un endroit de rêve ! N'hésitez surtout pas à aller le découvrir, Carine et Pepsi

Charmes et enthousiastes à la vue de ce cloîtré sr louis sa cour intérieure sa fontaine moussue la gentillesse du personnel la propreté des chambres la qualité des produits hygiène et les sourires du petit déjeuner gourmand

Do quarto inicialmente atribuído, mais parecido com uma cela de prisão do que um quarto de hotel. As portas do quarto eram 2 portas corta-fogo, não tinha mesas de cabeceira, tinha uma varanda imunda com as persianas todas quebradas.
Loved the character of this 16th century building. It had elegant hallways in the old section and a nice courtyard. Our room in the modern section was spacious and had a nice private terrace overlooking a second courtyard.
Heard every door slam day and night in the modern section.
El personal es muy atento , en el desayuno te tratan con mucha cortesía , En la cena tuvimos la experiencia de ser atendidos por Gabriel y fue súper excelente y amable con nosotros , tan atento fue , que hasta luego de la cena nos condujo personalmente hasta la histórica capilla del convento ya que el mismo nos habló de ella lo cual nos interesaba mucho por ser Cristianos. Recomiendo mucho este histórico hotel .

Un duvet sur le lit aurait été confortable. Une prise pour un téléphone mobile aurait été pratique.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was fine but the layout was a little unusual. The location was very good for walking into the centre and Palace of the Popes.
Breakfast could have been a bit better with more choices for fruit, granola, baked beans, etc. The coffee could also have been of better quality.

Sehr zentral Lage, die meisten Orte (Restaurant, Museen, Bahnhof etc.) konnten gut zu Fuss erreicht werden.
Die Räumlichkeiten (Depotraum für die Fahrräder etc.) hätten eine Reinigung verdient. Man konnte keinen Gegenstand (Koffer, Tasche etc.) irgendwo deponieren ohne dass der Gegenstand danach schmutzig war. Auch der wunderschöne Innenhof hätte eine grösser Pflege verdient,
