Pros:

Good location for a one night stay after a concert.

Cons:

Staff at the front desk was rude. Rooms advertised as have balconies, was told at the desk after getting a room without a balcony that wasn't guarantee even though it didn't say that anywhere in the booking - the only part of the hotel that looked nice was the lobby, guest rooms were stained, dingy, and didn't feel clean. They will also hold your room deposit for 10 days after check out! Won't ever stay at a Sonesta Select again.

Budget hotel at best Do yourself a favor and spend a few more dollars for a good hotel
Pros:

The beds were comfortable

Cons:

The room was dirty, almost felt greasy
Added the breakfast to our stay - big mistake. It was a packaged muffin and juice for $11 a day
Tried to get them to remove and they won’t respond. Stuck paying $44 for nothing

Clean and quiet but staff were just not welcoming no
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty bad

Cons:

Staff at the front desk weren’t rude but they certainly weren’t friendly. I arrived 32 minutes prior to check in time and was told that even though my room was ready I would have to pay an additional $25 to check in. That is absurd and offensive

The bed was comfortable and the staff was kind. Everything else was not enjoyable.

The beds were comfortable and everything appeared fairly clean.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn’t work, there were not extra linens for the pull out bed, there was a very bad smell through most of the hotel especially the corridor to the pool, the pool was cloudy and very small. These air not working and the bad smell made it difficult to sleep and the only reason we picked this location was for the pool that we didn’t end up using due to the awful smell and the unclean look of the pool.
