I arrived early since I had to attend an important event and was hoping to get an early check in. The reception advised no rooms were then available but she made every effort to get me one in time to make things work. I appreciated that effort
The overall experience far exceeded my expectation.
The toliet in my room #425 flush very, very slow which was much to my chagrin.
The young lady was patient with me I was agitated her and the boss fixed the problem and they were amazing all the staff was helpful i will come back and stay here again u will love the courtyard the staff is over the TOP I WILL DROP THE MIKE AND IT IS EASY TO GET WHERE U GOING ITS ONE BIG CIRCLE THE RESTAURANT IN THE HOTEL IS CLEAN STAFF IS OVER THE TOP THE MANGER IS AMAZING AND WILL TAKE CARE OF ANY PROBLEM YOU HAVE WITH PATIENCE AND RESPECT
The employees were helpful and respectful and was extremely nice and respectful i had a tragedy and they were very concerned and the breakfast was amazing and my pizza was on point Saturday night

Limited breakfast options. Bistro staff is amazing but food is just OK.
I love the location, the staff was wonderful! The parking was great because we had a large truck and we were able to easily park it in a well lit and secure area. I loved the shower! The walk-in was extra nice.
The telephone and also television didn’t work. The television works once maintenance arrived, which happened very quickly. The elevators are pretty scary. The coffee in the rooms could really do with better creamer. It hardly did anything to the coffee. I had to purchase my own and keep it in the refrigerator. The fridge is extraordinarily tiny. I could not fit anything except for two bottles of water. The cost of the rooms do not match the actual rooms. I understand that it is in a prime location however, I travel a lot and wasn’t too impressed with the in room amenities.
