I booked the room to recover from surgery the room was comfortable

I don’t understand why I was charged an additional 20 dollars on checking in after paying 144 dollars when booking the room I booked the room because I had oral surgery that day why wasn’t that covered when I booked the room

Robin was so kind during my check in, she made me feel very welcomed to the location and very compassionate toward me. T

Staff was so kind and accommodating, great energy in this hotel.

Cons:

No complaints really outside of the noise from the carpet cleaning machines in the morning. But all was well, the gentleman were kind to me.

The location was close to the highway

Cons:

Where to begin? The toilets were so short that myself at 5’2 it was like I was sitting on the ground. And our group was age 57 - 92 so the struggle was real. They did accommodate by changing 2 in our party to a handicap accessible room.
