Great place to stay. Clean, good amenities, and good breakfast.
Pros:

Everything was exceptional clean. The location was convenient to highway, shopping, food. Room was quiet and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Would have rated this 10s across the board if the staff was more friendly. They just seemed to avoid any potential interaction.

Pros:

The location was convenient, the price was reasonable, and most of the staff were kind and helpful. Housekeeping was very nice, checked in appropriately, and restocked items daily when requested. The beds were comfortable, maintenance came to fix the sink issue, and the complimentary breakfast was appreciated and convenient to have each morning

Cons:

I had to change rooms and both rooms had damaged lampshades, and one had a sink that wasn’t draining, though maintenance did fix it. The final room overall was okay, but there were visible stains on the carpet and furniture, so deeper cleaning and updating would help. The TV and remote setup felt dated and inconsistent from room to room, and more consistent updated TVs would improve the stay. Since the same breakfast was offered every day, more variety or rotating options would be beneficial, especially for longer stays. My biggest concern was the communication around daily rebooking and checkout. I was booking day by day based on my work schedule and had already called the front desk to confirm that I rebooked, but it was suggested I didn’t have a reservation. I work third shift, so being disturbed late in the morning and questioned, even though I had confirmation, was really uncomfortable. Better internal communication and a more respectful approach with guests would make a big difference

Very nice hotel in a great lication
Pros:

Wow! The hotel was super clean, modern well equipped, comfy beds and pillows. The lighted outdoor fire pit area at night was nice. The pool was well maintained and clean. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. We liked the clean laundry facilities and the cost was minimal. The breakfast was decent.

Absolutely amazing
Pros:

So yesterday morning, we met the front desk clerk. I did not get her name, but she had long hair. She was very sweet they let us have a late checkout at 12 o’clock with no fee but I had surgery on Wednesday the 15th and I needed the extra time to get around and wait for my doctors appointment. All the staff was very nice from the breakfast attendant to the maids, we will definitely stay there again. I wish I got the ladies name that was at the front desk yesterday morning. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

only stairs to get to room, very hot on hallways, we got locked out of room, keys would not work, when checking on it at front desk line was extremely long. some was waiting for check in some just got locked out of rooms for no reason at all. after 30+ mins of waiting, finally got helped

Everything the staff is amazing Wade. The front desk clerk was so sweet and so very nice and so accommodating as I had surgery today they booked me to a room close to the door when we got back from surgery. A lady that works here at the hotel I think she was a housekeeper was so very nice for helping. Hold the door open so my husband could get me into bed. They have a nice pool area and they even have a little fire pit and a nice little patio on the first floor if we ever have to come to Chattanooga again even though we only have 40 minutes away definitely will stay here at this hotel again rates are great just an overall excellent experience.
