Great location and spacious room, despite a minor shower layout flaw
Pros:

From the moment you step in, the hotel shows its quality. The room was exceptionally spacious and high quality, and the overall location is fantastic. If you are arriving by bus or train, reaching the hotel from Brussels North Station is super easy, and the city center is just a quick 5-minute walk away.
I had read some reviews mentioning homeless people in the area, but from what we observed, this is a general issue across Brussels rather than something specific to this neighborhood, and it didn't impact our stay.
Overall, it is a great, high-quality hotel, and I would definitely recommend it!

Cons:

The only real downside was the bathroom design: there is no shower door, which causes the entire bathroom and toilet floor to get wet every time you take a shower.

Indiscutablement agréable
Pros:

Sa façade, l’espace de réception, la référence au cinéma, l’accueil.

Cons:

L’uniformité de la « décoration » de la chambre. Dans tous les hôtels de ce niveau là, elles se ressemblent toutes. Et pour le Marivaux cela fait une grande différence avec ce qui semble annoncé au RC, dans l’espace Réception.

Very cute spot close to city centre
Pros:

Location, how big our room was, AC

Cons:

It’s a long walk to the lift, the showers are very small, and at night for some reason the AC didn’t work as well. The pillows aren’t comfy to me but I’m picky, I need it less firm
