Restauration sur place.
Chambre spacieuse, Climatisation agréable, bien isolée des bruits extérieurs.
L'accès à la réception par un ascenseur depuis le parking.

L'accès au parking dans une rue à l'arrière pas très facile et mal indiquée.

Konum 10 dk merkeze yürüme mesafesinde.

Cons:

Otopark mevcut fakat öncesinde lobiye gidip giriş yapmanız lazım. Sonrasında otoparkın yeri ve giriş bilgileri söyleniyor. Kapısında şans eseri yer bulamazsanız aracı bir yere bırakıp gelmeniz gerekecek. Çok kötü bir durum. Otelde tadilat var ve çoğu ortak alan kapalı. Kahvaltı yeri çok küçük ve çeşitlilik bugüne kadarki en kötü otel kahvaltısı. Ayrıca saat 15:00 te giriş yapabileceğiniz yazıyor. 15 dk önce gelmiş olmamıza rağmen hazır değil dediler. Yarım saat bekledik ama hazır olduğunu bile söylemediler. Tekrar gidip ısrarcı olunca girişimizi yaptılar. Kesinlikle bir daha kalmayacağım bir otel. Normalde hiçbir otele yorum yazmam ama burası özelinde özellikle yazmak istedim ki insanlar bilgi sahibi olsun. Odada sıcak klima çalışmıyordu. Aradık geldiler ilgilendiler ama sistemin kapalı olduğunu biz fark ettik ve ısrarcı olduk. Çocuk olduğunu vs belirttik. Sonrasında açtılar. Kesinlikle önermiyorum.

Agréable et parfait comme toujours.
Pros:

Je suis arrivé à l'hôtel après une journée bien chargée et ai, dès mon arrivée, reçu la carte d'accès à ma chambre. L'accueil fut, comme toujours, très cordial, chaleureux et professionnel. J'ai même reçu une chambre plus grande que celle que j'avais commandée (upgrade). La chambre était nickel, cette impression de juste pouvoir poser ses affaires et se sentir de suite à l'aise. Je continuerai à revenir dans cet hôtel. Merci beaucoup.

Ottima posizione e soggiorno piacevole nel centro di Bruxelles.
Pros:

Hotel molto bello e accogliente, soprattutto la hall. La camera era più semplice, ma pulita e confortevole. Ottima posizione per visitare Bruxelles a piedi: abbiamo utilizzato pochissimo i mezzi pubblici.

Cons:

La zona è comoda e nel complesso tranquilla, anche se in alcuni momenti la frequentazione nei dintorni non ci ha fatto sentire completamente a nostro agio.
