I like the location.

Cons:

My room was missing the shampoo and everything, also my shower handle was broken. Also, they need more of a selection for breakfast.

I needed a hotel close to the airport and that was what I got. not worth the money I paid
Pros:

close to the airport and easy check in. room size was good and the bathroom was good. the bed was very nice and the ac was adequate

Cons:

the walls and ceiling were very flimsy and I could hear people talking walking upstairs and people were loudly coming in and out late at night,. The carpet on the floor in the hall outside my room was wet needing loud fans running. people in the adjacent room were playing really loud music I had to call the desk to have them stop it

Comoda hajitacion pesima atención.
Pros:

Muy cómoda la habitación y muy limpia.

Cons:

El desayuno demasiado basico. La atencion en recepción es muy mala. El señor tiene pésima paciencia y es muy grosero.

Location, easy to access.

Cons:

A plastic bag was over the smoke detector, how could the staff miss this when cleaning the room. 3 out of 4 lights in The bathroom not working. AC did not work.

The price.

Cons:

The internet was not working, and me as a guess, should not have to call the company in order to activate service. Also, the hotel lost power 3xs in one day, which is very annoying. The room had no amenities , no coffee , no soap , no dishes , no cups.

I asked for cancellation because if surgery, they denied and kept on saying no confirmation was received from booking. Com but they sent confirmation.

Nothing.

Cons:

The hot tub did not exist, the WiFi only worked sometimes, the ice machines seemed to have been removed. The breakfast was just muffins and coffee.

We couldn’t stayed. The guest services is so poorly that he decide ti cancel our reservation to give it to other guest.
Pros:

Nothing. The first thing you recieve is the hotel services staff (Harry) screaming and tell you that he canceled your reservation and that the hitel is full and now you have to another hotel that he has arrange. The second it was very dirty and it had a bad smell.

Cons:

We couldn’t past more of than the lobby since the hotel staff canceled our reservation to give it to other people
