Pros:

The staff were lovely, but not enough to stay at this hotel again.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t clean, the shower was blocked (although it was dealt with quickly, wasn’t acknowledged that it was an error), the door for the room couldn’t lock properly, the room was like a makeshift that was plastered over, had exposed ac/light wires, bed sheets weren’t clean (had what seemed like blood over them), the room was nothing like the pictures they advertised, was close to rejecting the room as we kept discovering more issues!

Disappointing
Pros:

Location was ok

Cons:

We booked for 3 people, the sofa bed was too small for comfort. The bathroom was clean , as was the room, however repairs were required as there were gaps between the floor and walls, chipped storage, hallway area carpets were really dirty. Air conditioning unit also looked dirty, curtains were not wide enough with the windows.

It was close to the train station and the breakfast was fantastic.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. The staff was friendly and responsive.

Cons:

There were problems with the room/ things that needed to be fixed. The shower didn’t drain for example and with a one night stay there really wasn’t time for them to make it right.

Goed gelegen, vriendelijk personeel maar niet goed en onhygiënische kamers.
Pros:

Comfortabel bed en rustig.

Cons:

Vuile kamer en badkamer. Aan renovatie toe. Douchesproeier die dringend moet ontkalkt worden.

Cómodo y bien ubicado, aunque con algunos aspectos a mejorar.
Pros:

La habitación estaba muy limpia, la cama era cómoda y la decoración era agradable. El personal fue amable y la ubicación permitía llegar fácilmente a los principales puntos de interés y al transporte público. En general, tuve una estancia muy agradable.

Cons:

Eché en falta una nevera en la habitación, ya que habría sido muy útil durante la estancia. Además, la calle donde está ubicado el hotel se sentía un poco solitaria por la noche, aunque no tuve ningún problema.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien localisé près de la Gare du Nord et de la Gare de l'Est, pratique pour prendre ses connections. Le quartier est animé mais l' hôtel se trouve dans une rue calme. Le personnel était accueillant et souriant, et le petit-déjeuner offre plein de choix. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la petite terrasse dans la cour intérieure. La chambre était spacieuse, claire et bien équipée.

Cons:

Juste un bémol pour ceux qui voyagent avec des grosses valises : l'ascenseur est ancien et donc très petit.

Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The rooms were worn and needed updating. One tile in the bathroom was loose and the shower faucet was broken and the water pressure was low. The breakfast was very poor and when we went an hour before closing, all the food was gone and on some days there was no cucumber or tomato with the scrambled eggs. There were quite a few homeless people around the location.

Pros:

Étant donné que nous avons pas eu d'air climatiser une nuit, le personel nous a offert des boissons gratuit ainsi que les déjeuner pour nos 4jours et un remboursement de 50% du prix d'une nuit.

Cons:

Lors de notre arriver il n'y avait pas d'air climatiser dans notre chambre et la reception nous avait pas avisé, par contre il nous pouvions annuler la réservation sans frais et le lendemain nous avons été transférer dans une chambre climatiser et avons recu un rabais sur la nuit sans air climatiser.

Рядом с ресепшн есть чистая и газированная вода, лёд, а так же кофе машина и сладости, и всё это бесплатно.
